Stayed for 1 night travelling for work, I didn’t read the reviews prior to booking. I read them the day I was travelling and was a little apprehensive! So easy to find and in a great location. When I arrived I checked in, my room was very nice, clean, not huge but plenty big enough for me! It was on the ground floor easily accessible. I can’t comment on the air conditioning as I didn’t use it, I didn’t need to the room was a nice temperature and I didn’t need to use the heating or the air conditioning which seems to be the cause of numerous not very good reviews. I was woken up very early in the morning to constant banging! It sounded like someone knocking on the door or the wall, at first I thought it was a cleaner but it went on for over an hour which was very strange! Luckily I was getting up anyway for work so the wake up call wasn’t too unwelcome! Not the hotels fault.
Terrible Experience for Individual Travelers If you're an individual traveler, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. The rooms are shockingly small – there was barely enough space to walk, let alone keep my luggage. It felt cramped and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price. This hotel is not suitable for anyone looking for a decent amount of space and comfort. I would not stay here again.
So I booked 7 rooms for 2 nights for my team and 6 of them had no air conditioning last night to a point and they couldn’t sleep at all! The team at the hotel did not solve the problem or offer any alternative at all! I am baffled by the sheer negligence by Radisson! Never booking this one again!!!Rooms: 1/5
Tiny rooms, but very well kept and my room had a newly renovated and super clean bathroom. Location right next to Oxford Street good for those heading there. Stayed for work myself.Rooms: 4/5
Amazing location in a quite street behind the chaos of Ofrord Street. I choose to stay here often. Excellent breakfast and a good restaurant. Rooms on the small side, of course it's London. Be warned, there are tiny single rooms and you couks struggle in this if adult size! Winding corridors and narrow passageway, tiny lift make up the charch of this hotel. If you don't want this, book elsewhere.
I have been calling and emailing for the past month following on my security deposit but no one is answering me through calls or emails. This is not acceptable for a well known hotel. I’m still waiting on your response!!
One of the worst hotel I ever had. They took our money, and the management at the reception, did not did not collaborate with us and they insist to take it of money, even when we are not sleeping at the hotel. Misleading and dishonest Rooms: Mine and my friends’ rooms Cancelled because the size of the room and the smell of it. But they didn’t want to continue, compensate us and took our money
Booked a single room which was really quite small, but fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was really very good, especially when you consider it was a hot buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Booked a premium room, none were available when we arrived. Very noisy and spiders.Rooms: 1/5
The check in was very fast by the professional receptionist Raluka. The room was clean But the room size is too small compared to the room size of adjacent hotels with the same price. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel location is so close to Oxford Street. Highly recommended for short and quick trip to London if you don't care about the room size. I had to edit the reviews as I didn't receive my deposit amount yet. The receptioninst told me that it will take maximum three days but it's been one week and the amount still blocked or nit refunded. I will give it one star for the service Review updated as finaly I received the deposit amount. Thank you
