A staff member told a couple of people to vacate this table because she needed to use it, which I thought was rather rude. Think she may have asked them if they were members or if they are signing up for a membership. They answered no so had to vacate the seat.nnYou guys should have your own table for membership signups, etc or maybe have a sign on it if you don’t want people to sit there. It’s not cool to tell people to move. Common courtesy.

Be careful when cancelling the membership, it has to be 15 days in advance and they will charge you no matter your circumstances, if you are unemployed or away and not using the facilities or both in my case, and I gave them 13 days notice. In 2024 you can't cancel through your online account, the email took 5 days to get a reply.

If you like swimming after work or in the evening in general, don’t join this leisure centre. Friday pool shuts at 7, I finish work at 6. Saturday shuts at 5. And on a sunday you got 1 hour between 5&6 before it’s female only till 7

No issues with the pool but always usually over booked which doesn’t allow for a solid training session if you’re looking for something more than just casual lap swimming. Mornings are your best bet when it’s still busy but lanes are double size so can swim past those who maybe shouldn’t be in the fast lane. Only one month into a rolling membership and hoping winter months quieten down otherwise will be looking for another pool

Absolutely love it here. Amazing range of classes for adults, steam & Sauna availability is very fitting to the schedule. Great instructors.
