The room was nice, bed was comfy. All well presented. However the standard of cleaning is not what I would expect of a hotel. I will attach a few pictures, but it extended far beyond just this. The mirror was covered in dust, as was the tap on the sink. There were multiple hairs in the bath, the floor was dusty. These are minor things that are so easy to make sure are made presentable before guests arrive. Whoever is cleaning the rooms is doing a shoddy job.nAlso, I asked if we could extend checkout, to which the host said yes that's fine. Then the next morning knocked and entered without us saying come in, and said no you have to leave now it's no longer possible.nDon't get me wrong, it was a comfortable stay for one night and the room was trendy and stylish. But the standard of cleaning really let it down.
I stayed at this hotel for five nights with my sister and we had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a birthday card and chocolates waiting in the room - this is amazing!nnOur room was very comfortable and included a washing machine and a kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. From the 8th floor, the view was absolutely beautiful and I truly appreciated it every day. I will never forget the the breakfast with this viewnnA special thanks goes to Jane at the reception, who was always kind, professional, and very helpful.nnHighly recommended!
Absolutely fantastic hotel, in a great location and it is spotlessly clean! Never seen such shiny taps, attention to detail in every aspect. The apartment we stayed in was well equipped with full kitchen including a washing machine. Staff are very friendly and helpful plus there is also a room to leave your luggage in prior to the check in time. No faults whatsoever, a perfect stay and I would highly recommend to stay here.
My family and I stayed at Chelsea Cloisters Serviced Apartments and had a great experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the underground station. The apartments are spacious, very clean, and the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The staff were extremely kind and helpful — a perfect choice for a comfortable stay in London!
Me and my boyfriend loved our stay. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, we arrived early and we gave our luggage to the reception and went exploring. The staff is very friendly and it felt very luxury for the price. The room was big with a kitchen, nice bathroom and a big bed. The location was awesome, just a tiny walk from south kensington station. There is also a supermarket next to hotel with good deals. The only negative was that it was kind of hot in the room. Overall 10/10
