The gym itself is good, and I really enjoy the classes. They’re well run and always a positive part of my experience, which is why I keep coming back.nnHowever, there are a few areas that could really be improved. The reception experience can feel a bit off at times. Most staff don’t greet members, and on occasions when classes are cancelled, there’s little to no acknowledgement or apology, which can be disappointing.nnCleanliness is also something that needs attention. The pool can sometimes appear unclean, and the ladies’ shower rooms are often in poor condition, with noticeable hair left around and signs of mould on the walls.nnWith better customer service at reception and improved cleaning standards, this gym could offer a much better overall experience.
I swim at Tooting Leisure Centre every day when I am not away on holiday. The water is exceptionally pleasant to swim in and is never that busy. I also sauna everyday and the temperature is nice and hot and slo never gets that busy. Very happy with the Tooting Leisure Centre experience and happy with the friendly helpful workforce. Keeeeep swimming !!!!!!!
Godamn it's dirty in the swimming area. Smelt like pee, the showers dribble. Fun experience with reception too...there were two staff members at reception and they couldn't have been more polar opposite. One very rude man who just grunted at us, and then a lovely smiley man who actually likes his job. I was there last Saturday afternoon if it helps you pinpoint the staff in question.nn2 stars for the fact the pool is deep and there is one nice man working there
I enjoy working out at tooting leisure centre but I have noticed a particular member of the gym staff who can be very racist, vindictive and pretentious towards black female members. He comes across very helpful to others and chooses who he wants to be professional with, however, I know a few women of the specified demographic who have chosen to leave the leisure centre as a result of his behaviour. His name is Mo.
Not even water station for more than a month on the gym. Honestly do not get a subscription
