Norwood Junction London Overground Station

The station has incredible access to central London, 12 mins from zone 4 and theoretically is a good service. Unfortunately it is run by staff who appear incompetent; they change the platforms for your train without allowing enough time for passengers to walk to the other platform (possibly they are bored and playing a game), it’s infuriating for those who are stable on their feet and impossible for those who are more infirm)

This station needs no-step access. Good staff & clean station, but 4 platforms are inaccessible to wheelchair users.
