Only garage I know that doesn't want cash ( one payment offer). Tried to buy a car this weekend and the very 'not so knowledgeable ' salesman didn't know Jack about the car. Need to teach your salespersons more about cars and dealing in cars.

Very poor customer service, staff no idea what is going on and no apologises. No communication got back to show room as asked to be back for stated time. Car still not been put through mot no phone calls nothing

Car show room. Silly name, but was seen promptly. But expensive for what I was looking for and didn't seem willing to negotiate - went some place else.

Very polite everything I asked about was explained perfectly and most of all the staff were pleasant and happy it was a pleasure to have visited Lookers Sale department and bought myself a car. Thank you all concerned.
