A five star experience. The purchase price of this car was very competitive, communication with the garage through the purchase process was excellent. My particular thanks go to Julian Earl for keeping me up to date and accommodating my many upgrades to the specifications. The hand over of the new car in Leeds was a very positive experience, at a time that suited me. I received a master class instruction on how to operate all the controls and electronics, and I was told if there are any problems or queries, no matter how small, to get in touch. I would definitely recommend this garage, top notch price, communication and service.
From the first engagement to the last, Drew, at Volvo Leeds, was fantastic! He was very friendly and polite, and super helpful with sending videos and answering any questions that we had promptly. The day of picking up our new car felt as thought it was almost as exciting for him, as it was for us - Drew really got into the occasion and made us feel extra special! Could not recommend more! Our purchase was also supported by Julian, who was similarly polite and helpful, and he made sure everything was well in place to protect both them and us. Very slick and efficient organisation from them both!!
Many thanks to Ian for taking time and sorting out a test drive for one of the electric cars we are going to buy. Ian was very professional and offered us lots of details about the car. Also, our little one loved the test drive experience and to play in the play area inside the showroom.
Purchased a car with the help of Drew. Answered all our questions regarding purchasing and owning an electric car. Gave advise on charging points and their installation Demonstrated range of features in the car and helped identify the key ones we wished to have. On the day we picked it up was extremely helpful and made sure every system was set up and took the time to go through all the features and how to work them again.
Brilliant service from walking in, chatting about the cars that might suit me, email follow ups and test drives. If you see a young chap called Joshua he’s great - super friendly, knew the car specs inside out and very easy to buy from. Really impressive.
Best Avoided. I viewed a Volvo V60 II at the Leeds site 80+mi from my house, I went back home to have a think about it; unfortunately, someone else reserved it. A few days later it become available again, I got back in touch with Sales to say I wanted to go ahead with the car. I spoke with them several times that morning via email and telephone, passed between a Sales exec and Business manager, confirming the car was available throughout and a deal was put together. I was asked to pay a deposit £300, which is a considerable amount - £500 initially asked for, however my PX was making up most of the deposit required. Due to the garage’s finance interest rate being extortionate 12.9%, which was due to rise again, I requested to finance elsewhere. It was agreed I could run through the finance application of my chosen finance provider online whilst still on the phone to the garage. This was auto accepted and then tied me to the garage and the car in question. I phone them back minutes later get bank details to completed the finance payout and was advised the deal had to be cancelled, as they had unfortunately sold the car twice! To someone online via Cinch, as this garage is owned by the same parent company before I’d even began conversing with them that day! At that point I could have gone online on the Marshall website and reserve the car for £99, meaning a further customer could enter into buying this car too. I expressed my frustration and upset; I feel that the garage failed to carry out due diligence to check correctly that the car was indeed 'available'. The result was me being out of pocket to the tune of £300 for 7days! and having an open finance application that I needed to spend more time to cancel. The credit search for said application could also hinder my chances of securing finance on a different vehicle. I feel completely let down by this garage and I am writing this to warn other potential customers! Avoid Marshall Leeds.
We highly recommend Marshall Volvo Leeds, we have just picked up our used Volvo XC60. Drew Ferguson was a pleasure to deal with and everything he promised he delivered!! Effortless and simple process and excellent communication since we test drove the vehicle! Thanks Drew!!

If we could give a negative star we would,the car is great but the service department is way beyond a joke,the list of issues my wife has come across would fill this page, absolutely would not recommend in any way shape or form the service department at marshall Volvo Leeds. If anyone senior from marshall Volvo would like to contact us to go through this catalogue of issues we would be more than happy to discus,but I certainly don't have an hour to sit here typing the list out
