My partner bought a Vauxhall Astra from your Leeds branch and I must say the service from she received from Mike was top class. Even though the Astra was not the original car we went for, Mike kept professional all the way through and helped get us a car that was sutible for our needs. We have had the car nearly a month now and the car is excellent to drive and very economical, thanks for your service and hard work

Fantastic service from start to finish, salesman Craig went above and beyond to source finance right for myself. Good communication during covid keeping to the right guidelines for everybody's safety, car cleaned and sanitised before collection. Wide selection of cars for the budget I was looking for. Overall a pleasure to have done business with yous and will be recommending to family and friends

Outstanding service from start to finish.. highly recommend! I was a couple hours drive away from the showroom, was a bit unsure about buying a car I hadn’t viewed but Craig went out his way to send videos of the car and answer all questions I had.. also used my own finance company and this all went through without any issues or complications and Craig always kept me up to date on the progress and when the car would be ready for pick up. Thank you very much for all you done to help me and I love my new 3 series touring

We bought a vauxhall astra last November. I waited till now to review our purchase to make sure I gave an accurate review of the car. I can honestly say that we are very happy with the car. The price was good and fair. We have not had any nasty surprises and we would be happy to buy from this dealer again

I recently purchased a fiat 500, the service was amazing from start to finish. Craig was especially helpful and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. He even gave me a follow up call to make sure I was happy. Would definitely recommend

Very re-assuring experience. Friendly helpful staff made it a pleasurable and stress free process. Very happy with my new vehicle. Had a small unforeseen fault after a couple of days but that was sorted by the workshop in no time and everything fine now. Would definitely recommend MB Motor group.

Car sales man- Craig Black.  I want to say a big thankyou to Craig black, for the support for helping to sort a car for my wife, not only that Craig came in on his day off so I could pick the car up when ready and I did not have to wait longer for the car, his support from the start to end was amazing, also gave me his personal number to reassure me if there an issue with the car i could call him or text at anytime, Would 100% recommend.  If anyone has had bad experience and would love for someone to point you in the right direct and support you from start to end ask for Craig amazing guy and i would buy another car from him.

Tony was great, when I had a problem with my motorbike last week I sent it from where I live in the Lake District over to MB in Leeds and he worked out what the problem was when no-one else, including the AA, had been able to. I'll be having my bike serviced at MB from now on, even with the 2 hour journey each way for me to get there it's worth it. The place is spotlessly clean and the whole team are very friendly and helpful.

bought a Toyota Auris hybrid from them a  month ago, would never go there again if it were the last car trader in the country, noticed many things maybe i should have noticed before i rushed in to buy, as in no car history headlining damaged parcel shelf missing, among other things, quality is not obviously one of their priority's.  i would avoid if i knew then what i know now, in response to i could return the car under there so called 14 days return policy, if you read the small print in the 14 days return, it states 1 pound per mile will be charged and as i live nearly 400 miles on return trip away plus the mileage i have travelled i would be out of pocket to the tune of over 600 pounds, the car its self drives fine and has no faults it was the the parts that were missing as in no manual instructions for the car, scratch down near side back which i decided to accept Leeds is along way from Scotland over just a scratch, the parcel shelf that was missing, new they are over 250 pounds at Honda, plus manual  which is another 27pounds . i did point out on original video of the car a dent on the nearside which they had repaired, the scratch was over the repair, also over spray is in the back near side door jam, where they repair was carried out might have been better if it had been masked up better before the repair was carried out. and just to add the floor mats were missing , as far as the 14 days returns go its irrelevant anyone under the consumer act 2015 can return a car for any reason up to one month from day of purchase anyway with or without some 14 day offer.

Earlier this year I bought a ford fiesta from MB Motor Group. I was very pleased with the service, Richard who was dealing with my purchase was very friendly and informative. I am extremely happy with the car and so far have had no problems. I would definitely recommend MB Motor Group!
