I bought a BMW 3 series from this garage about 10 years ago now . My wife also bought a small Peugeot from them. When I asked to test drive it I was told I couldn't as none of the vehicles have batteries. I still went and bought it on my own to my regret. So when I took it days later to my local garage they were gob smacked as to the amount of work required. It required a lot of work. The air con didn't work either. BMW charged me £2000 in repairs. BMW said this is why you should always go to a main dealer or a franchised dealer. MB Motors didn't seem interested when I discussed it with them, nor did the finance company. My wife had also had problems with her car too. With what money I had left I went and bought a ford focus from Ford main dealer. I had no problems with it. I was naïve then. Things may have changed but I wanted to share my experience.

MB Motor group have been absolutely fantastic throughout the purchase of the R6 I first saw on Auto Trader. They quickly responded to my request to view and said they would keep me updated if there is any change as i was traveling up from Preston to see it.
I put my deposit down there and then on the bike as it was exactly what i was looking for. 
In the meantime it took a while for the funds to come available before i could make the final payment. The process took 4 weeks and MB were very patient and gave me a lot of time to get things sorted.
The delivery of the motorbike was brilliant, the delivery man was polite and the bike looked well secured.
Unfortunately however a couple of hours after delivery of the bike i noticed that the fork seals were leaking, Presumably because the bike had been clamped down a little bit too much in the back of the van, but unsure of the cause. I straight away contacted Richard who i was dealing with who was more than willing to assist with sorting the issue. After sending pictures over he agreed that this was a problem and that they were willing to cover this under the warranty. Unfortunately however, due to the distance (Preston - Leeds) this would of caused problems as the bike wasn't really in a suitable condition to ride up there.
I spoke to Richard again and I was asked to get quotes from local mechanics to get the issue repaired in my local area and invoice them for a refund of the work.

All in all Richard & MB Motor group have been fantastic throughout the entire process, extremely helpful in all ways. I can't recommend these guys enough when it comes to motorbikes.

I recently bought a great-looking black finished 2002 Range Rover Vogue from M and B. The engine had a slight rattling on starting and when cold but I thought it was minor --  tappets or something like that. I had it checked and there was a crack in the manifold. I reported this to M and B a week after I bought it and they acted very professionally and entirely according to the Consumer Protection Act. Naresh, the proprietor authorised me to get the repair done in London and he then paid the bill.  M and B were polite, reasonable and very professional throughout and the car is now performing perfectly.

Bought a Audi a6 avant from MB .
Went to view it tuesday afternoon , was looked after by Richard who was very easy to deal with and did exactly what he said he would do, even got a fair deal on my own car in part exchange . 
Collected the Audi on Thursday fresh 12 months mot and a very good valet from the staff there.  
Overall a pleasant and easy experience, would recommend you take a look when wanting a quality used veichle.

I have bought two bikes from Richard recently, the guy knows his stuff and has a healthy stock of good quality bikes with an onsite accessories shop. If your looking for a nice bike this summer give Richard Howie a call.
