Purchased my vehicle from here just over two weeks ago. Car is as described, if not better. Impeccable customer service. I would recommend these guys to anybody.
I bought a car from them which had a few issue's after I drove it away. They did there best to sort the problems out at a "high cost" to them which unfortunately still didn't really fix the problems. On which we all decided that I would hand the car back. I then purchased a different car from them and so far so good. The 5 stars are down to Richard and the service he provided for me he did his up most to get the 1st purchase spot on for me. I can say you can buy with confidence as we all know not every car is going to be perfect aspecialy with a secondhand car but if a problem needs sorting they will do there best to correct it for you. Appreciate the service I recived from Richard and wish all a good Christmas.
Went to purchase a car today. A vauxhall corsa Registration number DP14DMV Car had a few faults mainly wear and tear that needed sorting. Parkers guide and auto trader had vehicle valued at less than selling price. Parkers had dealer price guide shown as £3470 to £4185. Car displaying sale sign of £4395. Sales man not willing to negotiate a more appropriate price. Not even a small reduction of £95. No service history with vehicle shown other than a print off of MOT history and not known if there was a key to remove unwanted roof bars.. They have now lost any future business from me.
I rang the garage just now to ask for a video of a car the guy was so RUDE he just said “we don’t do videos” without no explanation why I then asked why and he said “we just don’t” so RUDE I just laughed at him on the call before he hung up who can’t can’t a video?? All garages I have rang before can send videos what’s your excuse that’s why I left this review so you can explain yourself. Improve on your customer service no wonder this garage is getting so many bad reviews don’t even bother buying anything from this garage!! AVOID Edit: in response to your reply 10 hours ago. The man did not give me his name on the call and I would have stayed on the call to let him walk around the car but he hung up on me it’s like I offended him asking for a video and you said it was hard to find the time to send videos, then why did the man on the phone specifically tell me “we do not do videos” when you do but you just don’t have the time could have explained that to me and saved me time writing this review to get an explanation.
I have bought a few cars from this dealership iv never experienced bad customer service i found them to be more than helpful my recent purchase is one of the best cars iv had small but comfortable and pleasant to drive there was a fee things needed sorting but it was done without issue Richard was so helpful and really ready to help with any questions at anytime obviously i know it takes time to wear a car in but im happy with everything so far They are friendly and reliable and I would defo recommend them Thanks again guys good job
I submitted a genuine sales enquiry through the online chat function regarding a Mini Hatchback. The person on the chat took my details all correct and said someone would phone me back. No one ever called me, if I was the manager or owner, I would be looking into this as it seems to be a common complaint. Safe to say, after numerous days of no contact, I bought a car elsewhere. Owner did however acknowledge my complaint and was apologetic - hence the increase in stars.
We bought a car in January, whixh we've had no issues with.. The car is fab. However the buying of the car was a little underhand, I shall explain my experience. I called up about the veichle, as we were travelling quite far, I asked if it was what we wanted would it be possible to take it away that day, was assured yes. Arrived to the dealership.. Staff were friendly. We took the car for the test drive and decided we wanted it. Goinf through the process was informed it was needing a service, and I could come back for the car, explained that I was told it was ready.... I was given the option to leave the car for a service and come back for it or take it without the service. We needed a car so chose to take without the service and I assumed the price would lower due to this.... It did not! In fact it went up as there is an admin fee when purchasing a vehicle which wasn't made aware to us until we had sorted everything out, insurance sorted etc and it was time to pay we was informed. The staff were friendly enough but need to make it clear about the admin fee. And when people call regarding a veichle, given the correct information, as we left with a car advertised as full. Mot and service and walked away with no service and paid the same price for the car!
A great experience with GMC 2000 We were left to look at the cars at our own leisure without any pressure. The staff Paul, Nathan, Tom and Richard were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend GMC 2000 to all my friends & family. Excellent customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting a member of staff called Richard who was very professional, helpful and understanding. It was all about what car we needed not what they wanted to sell us. No hassle from start to finish. EXCELLENT. 5*****
I've recently just bought my second car from gmc2000 and certainly would not go to any other garage. The staff always go above and beyond to help in any way! Huge thanks to Bob, Richard and Paul.
