I was placed in the perfect brand new Lexus NX450+ car in Lexus Leeds store. It looks fantastic and my customer service rep handled me very well, Mr Komron.S was very kind and very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, professional and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. Attention to detail is second nature at this Lexus Centre. After all the formalities of the sale were completed we thoroughly enjoyed the fanfare disclosure of my new car. Taya looked after us from first test driving the car back in January 2022, right through to the handover in November. She kept us up to date with progress of the build via regular emails. I was pleased that Taya came in on her day off to complete the handover. She was always helpful, efficient and we felt confident in her managing the documentary process. The whole handover was relaxed and the fanfare revealing of our new car good fun. Taya was very kind and patient with "two oldies" when showing us the features of the car and some of the technologies available! Buying this car with the help of Taya was always a good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend both Taya and the dealership to anyone. The bouquet of beautiful flowers from Taya were a lovely, thoughtful surprise. Thank you Taya Stuart & Liz
Looked after my GS450h a few times now, minor service was left wanting but then after I mentioned my issues, they really stepped up and the last few times I have been rear discs and pads, wheel bearing and tyres they have provided excellent service and the experience I expect from a premium brand.
Me and my husband recently made the decision to upgrade our rather old Lexus. We came across a beautiful newer version online and contacted Lexus Leeds to see if we could arrange a test drive. We had our 5 year old with us and I must say that everyone we came in contact with were amazing. It has been a very long time since we have been to a main dealer and had heard that Lexus are very good with customer service, I must admit they didn't disappoint in any way. Thank you to everyone we dealt with us especially Ian, we are now enjoying our new car.

I have just received my new Lexus UX and it is by far the best car I have owned. It is an amazingly comfortable, smooth drive and very quiet, and both the exterior and interior look so stylish and luxurious. I cannot fault the customer service at any stage of the process from test driving and purchasing right through to handover. I felt completely at ease with the team, especially Ian, my sales contact who kept me informed throughout. The process was a pleasure from start to finish and the little extras, from the additional set of rubber car mats and boot liner to the flowers and thank you card, and small gift from the factory made it a very special experience. I cannot thank them enough, and to anyone considering buying a Lexus, I highly recommend Ian and the team at Lexus Leeds. Thank you.
The service from the staff here is exceptional and they really do go that extra mile to help and with a friendly smile. It’s a pleasure dealing with Lexus Leeds and I highly recommend them. They clearly are focused on delivering outstanding customer service which is both professional and personal.
The service was 5 star and Taya was a genuinely lovely person, her help was very forth coming on anything which we didn’t understand. She explained about the Lexus app, and a follow up call made us feel special. The gifts are a lovely idea. I had a problem with my insurance and It was sorted out for me then and there. I would certainly recommend Lexus Leeds to anyone that is thinking of buying one.
