My son got his first car from here , Kev was great , saw the car on Autotrader gave them a call and everything was done over the phone . On arrival kev was great showed us around the car which was spotless, and had been valeted. Great company hassle free service,if Heineken made car dealerships this would probably be the best in Leeds . Will definitely recommend and will be using again when my son is due a up grade .
Be aware when buying from this place. Very disappointed with the car and disgusted with their behaviour, lying and covering things up to people that are not great with cars. I bought a VW Golf for 11K from here in mid December. It was a bit overpriced but I was in need of a car and I liked the colour too.I had to take the car back to their garage for service in a week as the said it hadn't been done yet. All good to me as long as it was free. A few weeks later I could hear a noise on the engine nearby the timing belt. Phoned them up and they booked me in two weeks as they were too busy. I said okay as I had another two weeks left on my 3 month warranty after that date and I expected the repair to be free. The said they repaired something and everything was fine with the car and all I had to pay was £40 for a part they changed. That seemed fine to me but it was all LIES. When I took the car driving home I could still hear the noise. Also a few days later the service message and light came on dash even if the service was done 2 months ago. Decided to take the car to my local garage where I always go. I was shocked with what I was told. He said to me that the timing belt and the water pump needs changing and I was lucky it hadn't snapped to damage the entire engine. Also all pads and discs were worn below the limit, boot mechanism wasn't working and a few more bits. Ended up with a bill of over grand for a car I had just bought fo 11K. Is okay if things happen suddenly but bringing the car to you under the warranty for a repair and lying to my face like that is unacceptable any disgraceful. People be very careful when buying a car from this place. Also I am sure they will reply to this message with lots of lies to try and cover things up like they've done with other negative reviews, but don't get fooled.
The gentleman who assisted us was so helpful and patient. He let us look at lots of cars but we couldn't find the one to suit the need of both of us. He suggested visiting the second lot. Jeremy, at the second lot, was superb. Again patient and helpful. The buying of our 'new' car was so easy. He went through everything and answered all our questions a couple of times more than once. We would definitely recommend buying from this company
Purchased a car off of Nick two weeks ago. Was nervous as it wasn’t a main dealer and worried I’d have problems with it after a few days. Car has been perfect, came exactly as described and I can’t fault the service at all. Thanks a lot guys, would 100% recommend
Bought a van a few week back and could not be happier. Great service, Kev was great! He answered any questions I had, if I rang with any queries he was happy to help, even after the purchase. Not pushy at all! He let the van speak for itself. If we are ever in the market for another vehicle, Leeds Motor Company will be our first go to and we are not local. Would highly recommend
