Excellent service from Toyota Vantage in Leeds. Swara was very helpful from start to finish ensuring our purchase and collection went smoothly. On collection day, she took the time with me explaining and showing me everything inside and outside the car. I love my Aygo! Thank you again for everything.
My car was collected when they said it would be by a friendly member of staff. He explained everything that would happen with the car,and that I would be contacted if extra work was required during the MOT and service. I was kept fully informed as to the progress on the work. I loved the video of the mechanic explaining the service and what he had found, this made it very easy to follow even for me. I was contacted before any extra work was carried out and given the opportunity to talk through what was essential and what could wait. At all times the staff were friendly and helpful and they made me feel like l was a valued customer.
I've been going to this garage for over 11 years and always receive first class treatment from the service department. The staff are brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Over the years they have gone out of their way to help, particularly Lee and Tom and also a mention for Jade who I dealt with yesterday for the first time. I never consider going anywhere else and highly recommend this garage.
What a fantastic service from Zach and the team. Found a car on Monday, paperwork and insurance done same day, the car arrived in pristine condition on Wednesday. An absolute joy and I am sure Sally will love her new car. If there were 6 stars available, I would have given them this. Well done, a true customer centric approach.
Having chosen Toyota in the past for a mobility car I went with the company again. I felt happy throughout my experience. From choosing and having test drive with Josh; who brought a Yaris out to my house to try myself to the moment I received my car. Martin came to my house to bring me to the show room. His explanation was exemplary. I have been reassured all the way and thank Martin for that.
After calling in for a quick look at the Yaris Hybrid, to driving away with a new car in 5 weeks, Martin was hats off amazing. Options were explained along with what was available and when, phone calls to keep us to date, and even a few hiccups on pick up day were smoothed out as if they never happened. Being flexible and picking up a cancelled order was the best thing we did. Don't be put off by the portacabins they have during the building works, the customer service has not been affected at all!
Excellent experience with recent service and MOT at Leeds Toyota. Having the car collected and delivered was very convenient, much better than waiting at the dealership or taking it yourself and finding transport home, then reversing the process to collect afterwards. The extension of the manufacturers warranty for 12 months is a big bonus. We've been using Leeds for quite a few years and have never been let down.
Toyota have serviced the car I bought from them at 4 years old for the last 6 years. Brilliant service from all staff. Good value service plans and information. Lee has looked after my Yaris well. I have it collected for service as I live the other side of Leeds. The drivers are always lovely and helpful. Thank you
Very good experience with Vantage Toyota in Leeds. Looked after by Tom Birdsall and his colleagues. Everything went to plan and the deal was a good one. Collected car with full warranty and recovery, so nothing to worry about. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal and top service.
