I spread the cost of my Toyota Auris hybrid car's servicing with a payment plan, so I get the car serviced and MoT'd by Toyota every year. If you book early enough, they'll collect the car for me and return it when the servicing is done. I've had no reason to quibble with the quality of the servicing, bar one exception. As part of the service, Toyota sends me a video of the car, usually with its wheels off and up on the ramp with the service technician going around and underneath to give me the lowdown on what they're found springs, suspension arms etc. All well and good. But while I think it's a good idea in principle, in practice, it depends very much on the technician's description more a commentary on what's going on. And in my last service, due to a mix of poor audio quality and rapid fire speaking, I simply couldn't understand what was being said, so the description was rather unhelpful! I don't know what's used to make the recording but it's clearly not fit for purpose at least in my case. I also get a detailed list of what's been used during the servicing materials, components, etc and I have to take Toyota's word for it that these have actually been used in the service. Finally, I wonder how thorough an OBD check is carried out because I had a flat service battery recently due to the car being parked and unused for a few weeks. I connected it to a booster pack and then let the car recharge it, but I would have thought it should have left an error code considering the service battery is essential to the car's operation. No errors were reported back though.
Brilliant service when ordering a new Toyota C-HR from our very patient sales specialist Michael Temelkovski. We had a delay in collecting but Michael was so understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. We’ve always been looked after by the team but it was good to meet Michael and he couldn’t have been more polite I’m sure we were very ‘trying’ but he was professional in all dealings with us, even makes a great cuppa!! Clean reception area etc. It makes doing business with them so easy!
Excellent experience upgrading car from an older Yaris to a newer model. Chloe Moore was a fantastic help as we spent several hours trying different vehicles to find the best fit. Chloe took the time to pull several options alongside each other so we could compare in situ, and patiently pulled together several quotes as we kept fine-tuning what we were after. Chloe was incredibly knowledgeable and worked tirelessly during our time at the dealership to find a vehicle that worked best for us. Will definitely be returning to Vantage for the foreseeable future.
First car, zero stress, plenty of smiles!nnWe bought our very first car—a Toyota Corolla hatchback—here in the UK through Vantage Toyota Leeds, and were so glad to have Martin Baxendale guiding us through it.nnWe actually already knew Martin small world!, but didn’t know he worked at this particular dealership. It was a lovely surprise to run into him when we just popped in to browse and get a feel for things. What was meant to be a casual recce turned into us driving away with a car we genuinely love.nnThe whole process was really smooth and completely stress-free. The team gave us loads of time and space to figure out what worked for us, no pressure, no rushing—just really thoughtful and honest help. Massive thanks to Stu as well for being incredibly kind and patient.nnMartin honestly went above and beyond. Even on his days off, he’d return missed calls and was always happy to answer our questions we had a lot . He gave us proper advice, especially around the extras like gap insurance and tyre/alloy cover—never felt like he was trying to push anything unnecessary.nnWe absolutely love the car. Drives like a dream. Super comfortable, smooth and efficient.nnIf you’re thinking about getting a Toyota, definitely give Vantage Leeds a visit—and if you end up with Martin looking after you, you’re in very good hands.
Vantage Toyota Leeds are Fantastic in there customer service. They come and ask you regularly if all is OK. Mark Ogden is a Legend and a Gentleman extraordinaire. He makes time for you and talks and explains whatever you want to know. He makes promises WHICH HE KEEPS and tells you how it is. My experience of buying brand new cars has been amazing thanks to that man.nChloe, who I met and spoke to 1 day ago in the dealership, was learning the ropes but, she was exceptional in her politeness and courtesy.
