I have worked with the team at Bentley Leeds for many years and over a number of cars including front of house staff, George from parts and the wonderful Nicola from service. Always keen to help and with a great rapport, I couldn't recommend the team highly enough. They are great brand ambassadors and I have developed a love for Bentley through their support. Being the closest Bentley to me at an hour away there is always a hot chocolate when I arrive and a catch up as old friends. I have also been surprised that main dealer has occasionally been able to achieve similar if not greater cost savings than third-party local dealers, and they really do take good care of you as the loyalty progresses. Finally they have always offered me free advice, guidance and help whenever I have asked for it, with, I believe the best of intentions. I look forward to a future relationship with Bentley and this team in the coming years and cannot think of a better car manufacturer to work with.
Just taken delivery of my new Bentley Gt V8 having part exchange my W12 Gt This is a dealership that pays attention to detail and is most professional in the way it conducts business. I am delighted with the new car and in particular the way Roger Perkins who’s product knowledge and helpful attitude made the experience run as smooth as my new car does . 5 Star Customer Service especially from George in Parts. He exceeded the expectations of the customer by his expert product knowledge which contradicted other dealerships I’d spoken to, which saved me money and time. After booking my GT S Continental in to have the accessory parts fitted, the follow and communication confirming my appointment etc was faultless, hence why I chose the Leeds Dealership to drive all the way from Liverpool.
I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Bentley Leeds and in particular Neil Doherty, with whom I have dealt previously. The level of service is exemplary, extremely professional and most refreshing. Very highly recommended.
