Do not buy a car from here, I part exchanged my car for a newer vehicle.after driving it home the inside door panel was falling off bits flew off the outside of the door and the bumper popped out. After battling with them for 10 days I finally was able to hand the car back. They wouldn't give me my original car back unless I paid 2000 pounds more than they bought it off me. The staff are not friendly, I wasn't given an apology for being sold a car that has obviously been in a serious accident. Finally got a cheque for the deposit I paid in cash £500, but the cheque I received was not the full amount. They said I would get the rest back from vehicle tax. Apparently vehicle tax was supposed to be included in My deal.
DO NOT BUY CAR FROM HERE! the salesman said give us a good deal but we have to pay extra £900 for nothing! The way how he say it make you think you got great offer and he is helping you but only just want your money!
Fantastic experience dealing with Jacob Caine. He couldn’t have been more helpful. After an problem with the car initially chosen, he assisted to ensure an alternative was sought and that everything was just right. He should definitely get the commission on this one.

Just done a recent swap of cars due to my old one costing too much to run. David on sales helped me with the swap and I honestly couldn’t fault him one bit. I had a few bumps in the road upon collection of the vehicle as it had to be transported to a store closer to me but David & George his manager helped make sure everything was sorted. Visited Arnold Clark Leeds on 14th of Feb 2022 looking for a new Alfa Romeo, I didn’t have a budget as I was going to buy it out right money in the bank, I was looking for a new giulia quadrifoglio which can range anywhere from £50k-£74k, I walked and spotted a beautiful Vesuvio Grey Giulia Quadrifoglio which I had full intentions of buying, However the Alfa manager David Sloe? continued to sit on his iPad by made direct eye contact with me but didn’t move, I walked around a little and he began to come and say to me that these cars are going up in price and that they are incredibly expensive. I got the impression he didn’t think I could afford it, then he Began to talk about the history of Alfa, which I was already aware of as I’m a big Alfa enthusiast and member of the Alfa owners club, I felt like I was judged based on my appearance and age as I was only 21 and dressed casually. At that point I had already made my mind up and decided not to get a car from this dealership and decided to go to a dealership across the bridge, where I bought my brand new Giulia Veloce that same day, they treated me very much as a customer there. P.s If you want Alfa Romeo Arnold Clark to treat you nicely I suggest you dress up as if you have money.
Fantastic Ed efficient service for my Jeep Renegade, starting with Annemarie at the service desk , so very nice and helpful during the process, and obviously the mechanics that sorted the problems swiftly and efficiently, they even wash my car. Hundred % happy.
