Bought an X5 having travelled a long distance. Auto mine agreed to get a few bits done including fog light bulb & two damaged bits at the front. After buying car after just over a week took it to BMW to get a rear air shock replaced. Whilst there BMW informed me the front spring was broken and had been for a while, the fog light bulb which was not replaced as agreed could not be fixed as bulb holder was corroded, the engine was leaking oil. I found a previous bill from the year before in the service book stating there was an oil leak which needs attention and I also had to get the front resprayed again where the damage had been repaired as the lacquer was peeling off. Cost me over £1200 in total. Auto mine also provided a brand new MOT I was informed by BMW car should not have passed. I sent two emails to Auto mine explaining this asking for their comments, however there was no reply. Don't normally write reviews but feel agrieved and ripped off.

I purchased my Mercedes E250 coupe from auto-mine. I called and booked an appointment with Neil who had the car out and ready for me to look over and test drive at my leisure. The buying process of the car was easy and uncomplicated. I would highly recommend this garage Miss L Ellis

Hi I called Automine week before going down to see an AUDI A3 DSG SLINE car for sale. We made an appointment a week before coming down from Preston, we asked the salesman David if there was anything wrong with the car he replied no it is min mint condition just asking him in advance because we were traveling so far 80miles one way, we got there on the day and the car handle was ripped off the built in satnav/radio wash ripped out of the dash board and when we question him about it why did he not tell us it had been broken in to and the car was stolen and recovered and he bought it for cheap, he started to be very aggressive towards us me and my girlfriend I had 8 thousand pound cash on me to buy the AUDI he is a dangerous character please don’t buy anything from this sales man if you like to risk your LIFE! I am A DOCTOR/SURGEON for the NHS
