Amazing service from Audi Leeds once again especially from Adam Newton!! I was kept well up to date with the progress and build of the vehicle on regular intervals as I had quite a .long wait from when I first purchased the vehicle. Very much understandable due to the current climate of the motoring world. Nothing was ever too much for Adam in which I would 100% recommend purchasing your new vehicle from him as i know you will be left in capable hands!! Everyone at Audi Leeds are very customer oriented, friendly and they make the whole process hassle free! Thank you Audi Leeds particularly Robbie and Ellie you were both fantastic! Robbie did not pressure us at any point to buy the car which is nice you don’t always get that from car garages he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and nothing was too much trouble. Robbie did us an excellent deal to include part ex our old car. Ellie was waiting for us on handover day and she was also amazing got us through the paperwork and set up some features for the car! I always dread having to go round the car showrooms when a new car is needed but I would return to Leeds Audi without a doubt in my mind. Thank you again Leeds Audi I'm in love with my new car!
I bought an Audi TT from Robbie and his service has been second to none. He made me feel well looked after and appreciated from start to finish. Even though I never got a chance to visit the showroom as I live in Kent, I was not treated any differently. I am so impressed with my TT!! Would highly recommend!
Booked car in for a service and MOT a month before due and I specifically requested a courtesy car. Guy on the phone said yeah no problem we can sort. I ring up the day before to check courtesy car is ok and they said no sorry we don’t do those anymore? Poor communication means I had to mess about trying to sort my own lift into work. Didn’t really feel like I got the ‘Audi experience’ compared to the York dealership that went above and beyond. **EDIT - Reply below doesn’t really help. As I said, I was told a MONTH in advance that it was fine, if you had supply issues or want to blame covid I should have been told there and then so I could have organised a lift.
Replacing my bumper - The body shop were fantastic with replacing my bumper after a small incident. Adrian guided me from beginning to the end of the work to make the process as straightforward and hassle free - huge thanks to the team, I really appreciate the effort! The showroom team as always were happy to help with whatever I needed and were so accommodating as always, thank you for your help. Looking forward to my next visit for a service rather than after a road incident. Highly recommend Leeds Audi.
Overall service is outstanding - I required to replacement parking sensor. The team and Ellis in particular were very attentive and welcoming. The repair itself did not go to plan, so I left the car over the weekend site as the team were able to source me a courtesy vehicle which was more than adequate. These things happen, but I was informed through every step of the process and treated with kindness and nothing but respect. I knew my car was with the experts. Ellis the team have been outstanding and I will continue to use the services available at Leeds Audi. In a few years time, I am very open to building on this relationship and exploring any potential new car deals you may have at the time. Thank you
What can I say? I had a very bad experience with Bradford Audi last week and was very unsure if it was the right brand for me. After going into Leeds Audi and having a good sit down with Frank he has swayed me back and I honestly can’t wait to buy my new car from these guys and hopefully enjoy the service for years to come. Very friendly very approachable and the biggest one for me … very honest. All the best guys and see you very very soon!
A massive thank you to Robbie and Mark for making our experience so effortless and pleasant! Going above and beyond with a really quick turn around from ringing to ask about the car to collecting. Robbie and Mark even stayed behind opening hours for us to collect our car so we really appreciate that. The car it’s self was presented immaculately even down to the exhaust tips being polished, I’ve not seen that level of detail at any of the dealers we had visited prior! Thanks again and we won’t hesitate to return our custom.
I was looking to purchase my first car and Audi had a model I was interested in at the time on the used car market. Whilst I have decided to buy from a different manufacturer, I cannot praise the Audi team enough, particularly Ellie. She was really knowledgeable on the car when I came in to see one in person, as well as being really approachable and willing to do everything she could to sell me a car. It was a better customer experience than any other dealerships I had been to. It was just unfortunate that they did not have the exact model & trim level in stock for me to give them my business in the end.
