Absolutely shocking service and customer care, I really can't find the words that I want to say about this place. One person,I think his name was Mike , service and engineering manager, looked down his nose at me after I had waited over 3 weeks to book my car in and just to be told that I had to book it back in and then after waiting from 11:30am to 530pm they didn't even fix the problem and after some lengthy conversation I was told to take the car somewhere else because it wasn't worth the hassle!! I am truly upset with how he spoke down to me and I can not believe I stood for this outrageous man they call a manager!! I will go further with this . Not a happy person. I would like to give zero star's.

SHOCKING!!! Better customer service at a back street garage! Fault with ecu light on car, Mercedes had my car back and forward for weeks and never fixed the problem and refused me a loan car. Staff are pathological liars and extremely argumentative no one knows what there talking about one of the managers “I think his name was mike” is the rudest most arrogant person I have ever come across, how that man has managed to keep his job at a so called high end garage is beyond me! In the end I had to take my car to an ecu place in Leeds, they had it for half a day it cost me £50 and they fixed the problem I was told it was a very simple easy fix! How embarrassing on Mercedes part! I will never ever use Mercedes Leeds again, the day I collected my car from them for the last time there was a man outside with huge signs on his car warning others not to use them, just goes to show how terrible this place actually is!! Oh and before I forget my radio has never worked since! i had all my regular stations tuned in and when I got it back only had 2 stations I have never listened to before and I can not change them or search for anything else! My advice would be to AVOID at all costs they really are not worth the headache!

Best showroom for Mercedes-Benz in the whole of the UK. Massive selection of new and retro Benz vehicles. Purchased two Mercs so far from here and the staff are amazing. Greeted from the second of walking in to the unveiling of the new car. Regular services are so easy with the pick up and drop off option. Served coffee and biscuits while I was waiting for regular check ups. Very helpful technical staff who answered all my questions in great detail and then some. Highly recommended showroom for all your vehicle needs. 10/10 faultless.

Good service but they pass you between a lot of different people. We were there for around 2 hours and dealt with 3 people! Nice showroom and very helpful

I booked my car in here for a service over the phone. I was informed it would have to be a week day to assess the engine problem. I arranged to bring the car in myself and they authorized a C Class Coupe hire car while it was in. Upon arriving at the dealership, they had no idea i was coming and jotted my name and details down on an envelope and took my key. I then had to prompt them for a hire car because they werent going to give me one. I was then given a box standard C Class, with no extras on it, dented and scratched all over, covered with dirt both outside and in, no fuel in it, a unbalanced or bad bearing front right wheel and when turning the engine on I was confronted with racially aggressive music on full blast. I was patronized when I asked where to locate the automatic box. To top it all off when I came to pick up my car, they had not checked the engine fault. They lied to me and told me they had done by plugging the car into the computer however when i tried to confirm with them what the problem was that i reported they had no idea and I had to explain it to them. Additionally I had specifically opened the ecu connection block in anticipation that this might happen. I was then told I would have to bring it back another weekday resolve it. I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could.
