This is my first visit to London, and initially, I stayed at another hotel before moving to the Marriott. Unfortunately, the experience at the first hotel was disappointing, which left me with a negative impression of the city. However, after staying at the Marriott, my perspective completely changed. I would especially like to mention "Carmela", as she was a key reason for my admiration of the hotel. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever stay at another hotel after the Marriott. I truly wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars.
Nice hotel, perfect location, majority of staff are very friendly and helpful except one duty manager who was unprofessional. Unfortunately the room was warm and AC doesn’t work properly even though outside temperature was 8, inside temperature was 23! You can only crack open the window but noise from the street is too loud. Relatively too expensive for the size of room and service provided.. won’t come back. London is full of other options.
Amazing hotel as expected from Marriot brand, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is hospitable and always happy to help. the location is perfect by oxford street and Hyde park. i was checked in by Silver who was amazing help through out my visit. we had rented a wheelchair for my mother that was stored in their storage room when we were not using it which helped us with mobility around the area. we had access to the lounge which served breakfast and a dinner service which was exceptional. Nearby activities: framless and moco museum , also oxford shopping street and Edgeware road Walkability: close to oxford street, and marble arch tube station. which allows great mobility
I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane, and I can confidently say it is the best luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Mayfair. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable service and refined elegance that defines this property. I stayed in the Mayfair Suite, which offered stunning Hyde Park views and an incredible layout ranging from 59sqm/635sqft to 68sqm/732sqft. The suite was thoughtfully designed with a king bed, sofa bed, mini bar, and a separate living room and sitting area, providing plenty of space to relax in style. The complimentary wireless internet and coffee/tea-making facilities were perfect touches to enhance my stay. Dining at Lanes of London was another highlight—whether it was enjoying a delicious meal, indulging in Afternoon Tea, or sipping on evening cocktails, every experience was exceptional. For those looking to stay active, The Club at Park Lane is a world-class fitness center featuring a modern gym, indoor pool, and steam rooms—a perfect way to unwind after a day exploring the city. And what a location! Nestled in Mayfair, the hotel is steps away from Hyde Park, Oxford Street, and Marble Arch, making it the ideal base for discovering London’s iconic landmarks, shopping, and dining. Every detail of my stay was flawless, from the luxurious amenities to the prime location. I cannot recommend London Marriott Hotel Park Lane enough for anyone seeking a sophisticated, comfortable, and memorable London experience. I will definitely return!
One of the best Marriott experiences across the chain. Fabulously nestled right on the corner of Hyde Park and the Marble Arch, directly next to a Tube station. Service is the best I’ve ever had in a Marriott stay 50+ nights a year. They truly go out of their way to enhance your stay, and it feels genuine with every personal touch, including dropping off a nightly treat. Carmela at front desk was awesome. Executive lounge was also the best I’ve ever seen in a Marriott. Room was spacious, comfy and well appointed. Would stay here again anytime.
A bit pricey, but the staff and service are exceptional. The location is ideal, right next to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The reception team was incredibly helpful with receiving my shipments—I kept ordering from Amazon, and each time, I found my items waiting in my room. They were always happy to assist me.Rooms: 5/5

As a lifetime titanium elite member I travel quite a bit. I cannot recall a property with the consistency in excellent personnel and hospitality as I experienced at Park Lane. Anthony, Usef and Camelia at the front desk were beyond 5 stars. Every aspect and detail of this hotel was perfect. I could not think of one item where detail to attention has not been paid. Great leadership. Just booked our next trip there in May of 2025 for our next London vacation. Donald S.
