This hotel is perfect. The location of this hotel is amazing. I cant describe the beautiful views and rooms of this hotel. The service was amazing. The staff were very polite and helpful. I was able to get into my room within 10 minutes of arriving. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back.Rooms: 5/5
Came here with my partner for a wedding anniversary. The room was immaculate and fresh with a lovely view, the staff were beyond friendly and was there with anything we needed! The food was 10/10, always fresh tasting. Would definitely come here again! I would totally recommend.Rooms: 5/5
Great place to stay in the city. The room was well equipped and the bed was amazing! Not far away from Oxford street where we could do some shopping and the restaurants are plentyful around this area making this out go to destination when staying in London. Would highly recommend trying The Sumner hotel! Nearby activities: Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance
It’s…. Fine? I guess? If you’re only staying for a few days it’s fine. But my husband and I stayed for 6 nights and honestly, you start to notice things. Like the fact that the bathroom fan has clearly never been cleaned. The floor probably only gets vacuumed in between stays. And the laundry service is a joke. We asked and were told they’d leave laundry bags and instructions. Never did. Two days in a row. Then we were told we could just leave our laundry outside our room door. Uh. What? With no official hotel bag or form or anything? No thank you? Husband and I understandably didn’t trust that in a strange city with half our clothes on the first leg of a two week journey. My husband and I had to wind up taking time out of our trip to find a laundromat elsewhere. The wi-fi is garbage. It was like we were in the middle of nowhere in a huge metropolitan city! Worse reception than any I’ve had in rural Ohio! Looking up any of the sights we wanted to see on our phones took forever. The breakfast is also only just okay with mediocre coffee. Again, fine for a night or two, but terrible for pretty much anything else.
It was a simple trip but the staff there made it kinda once a lifetime. They were very helpful. They even advised if I was stuck in any emergency while out I should contact them and they will reach me with all the necessary help. And, in terms of rooms and cleanliness, they were possibly the best place I have ever stayed. I wish you and everyone else to experience such greatness. Thanks. Rooms: Visible great efforts towards cleanliness and hygiene. Safety: you get the sense of safety as soon as you enter the place. Food & drinks: Seeable care and hygiene and a great deal of minute care from presentation, healthiness to perfect temperature. Noteworthy details: They were very professional, even if for example you leave your room unlocked they will do that for you and let you know when you come back. In short despite being a safe place they put extra efforts to protect you and your belongings.
Work event saw me staying here for the night. The hotel was excellent - location close to the buzzing Edgware Road was perfect and the staff were very accommodating. Room was exactly what I need - clean, perfectly fitted out and quiet. Will stay againRooms: 5/5
Me and my wife stayed in this hotel last week. All I can say is that everything is perfect, staff were fantastic and the room was perfect. Would recommend this hotel if you're staying in that area Rooms: Room was perfect
Location is the only thing going for this place. Had to shift rooms due to carpet having tears and stains all over, hole in the wall with a mousetrap in front of it. Second room had better furnishings but the bathroom has quite a bit of mould. The kicker is that they turned the hot water system off otherwise the water is too hot. Stay here if your desperate.
Beautiful hotel, very welcoming with great staff. Excellent location. Very clean and tidy throughout. Perfect stay 5 would recommend!Rooms: 5/5
Great location. “Deluxe Room” it is not. The bed is two twins pushed together and as uncomfortable as a dorm room bed. The pillows are even worse. Not a comfy night’s sleep. Walkability: Close to Marble Arch tube station.
