Story

Home House is London's most exclusive private members’ club. Occupying a terrace of Georgian townhouses in elegant Portman Square in the heart of London, members and guests enjoy the splendour of 18th Century architecture and the opulence of neo-classical design in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere; it’s a true Home from Home.

The House is a veritable ‘Pleasure Palace’ with restaurants, bars, decadent party rooms, an intimate garden, gym, spa, elegant bedrooms and suites. Our enviable calendar of social events and societies is unrivalled by any other members’ club in London, or indeed beyond!

For members, the best bit is probably that there are no stuffy rules - in fact there really aren't any rules at all. Well, just one: "Nudity is discouraged". Naughtiness, on the other hand, is de rigueur.

Every time I visit the Garden at Home House, I am guaranteed a fabulous experience, thanks to the amazing staff who truly make it special. I want to first of all really recognise Jeremiah's outstanding professionalism. From the moment I walked in, his friendly demeanor and warm smile set the tone for an exceptional experience. Jeremiah's attentiveness is truly second to none. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and made sure every detail was taken care of. He really sets a standard of what excellent service really means. I greatly appreciate him every time I visit home house. I also want to give an honorable mention to Damian, Christian, and Dennis. These outstanding managers consistently go out of their way to ensure that every visit is special. Each time I come to Home House, they came to greet me warmly and check in to see how I’m doing. Their dedication to creating a welcoming and personalized experience is truly commendable. I genuinely mean this when I say that the Garden at Home House is my go-to place for top-notch service in London. It truly sets the standard for what hospitality should be and exemplifies what outstanding service really means. I truly appreciate all the staff there.

TBF i didn't stay or visited the guest rooms, so a 4 star placeholder for the moment. But the food, drink and service was 5 star. And this comes from a person who enjoys visiting and being a member of private members ' clubsRooms: 4/5
Outstanding place in terms of service and atmosphere! Really enjoyed the music and the positive vibe that engulfed the area, the staff not only are very polite and professional but also very entertaining! Great stuff!Rooms: 5/5
The club is nice and so their staff, but the organisers of the Americans events there are so awful that make this place go down: they’ve never ever replied to my emails and one has being rude to me at the last event I’ve attended, without explaining when asked. So after giving them many polite chances to reply, asking also to others who invited me the reason of their behaviour, I can only say how much I don’t recommend their events. They shouldn’t be sponsored as the organisers are awful.
There's simply nowhere like it, the rooms are heaven, so spacious, a throwback to another era yet all mod cons to be had. They should be congratulated for preserving buildings like this in a way we can all use them and no rules apply when we can afford it. It's an absolute pleasure to stay, dine and dance here til all hours if you want that too. Staff always lovely, professional yet relaxed. I wish I could move in, sigh.. Top of my list on London visits when I can.
Do you ever wonder what Home House looks like inside? Do you ever wish you could step into the space of those that can’t be bothered with the public! Well, I got you. Here’s to feeling like a povvo! I’m kidding. It’s a very beatiful place to be! Great vibes, great service! Rooms: Beautiful! Safety: You don’t clutch your pearls here! I’m sure my pearls were the least expensive! Walkability: Well, if you’re in the Portman area. Food & drinks: Nice drinks. Tea and old fashioned whiskey for me! Noteworthy details: Decor !!!!!
The place is beautiful, the staff is very good. Atmosphere was great on the staff side and okay on the members’ side. I was rather surprised with the food, didn’t expect it to be that good.Service: 5/5
I really like to go on weekends this member club, they have many options inside the club and I always get amazing service in home house. They have small terrace and garden at the back. You can have your cigar and drink even in winter. One of my favourite member club in London. By the way this place has a very nice restaurant as well.Rooms: 5/5
Got invited by a member. I had a great time. Food was great, various ambiances, indoors and outdoors, pricing was correct given location, it was not over-crowded, and the dressing code was not too strict. I hope I will go there again soon.Rooms: 5/5
