Good location, nice room spacious but services was so bad like Ibis hotel group Or lower. No facilities, poor housekeeping and prices so high. Never add your stay point to Marriott Bonvoy.Rooms: 4/5
Fabulous place! From the transportation from the airport to the check in experience, courteous and allowing a very early check in. Honestly just this part has been so invaluable to my family arriving red eyed from the US that the place would deserve 5 stars. However the concierge is very courteous and helpful as well, the suites are amazing, huge living room, dining area, also small kitchen. We tried the room service for breakfast and that was excellent as well. We also stocked up our fridge by ordering groceries on Uber Eats. Walking to Buckingham Palace, buses and tubes is very reasonable. Pretty good shopping nearby.
Honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. The location, the apartments and THE STAFF…!!! Unbelievable experience here. From the meet and greet at the airport, to the way every single team member seemed to know our names. This place is absolutely TOP SHELF and the only place I ever want to stay in London. The service we got here rivals any service we have had at any five star hotels around the world, from the four seasons to the Peninsula end the Aman and everything in between. This place was really special.
As a loyal Marriot member this particular Marriot resistance was by far the worst experience. Management is horrible and the staff are rude and inexperienced mostly the manager himself . I would not recommend this place to anyone not worth a penny ! Their rudeness makes you anxious and unsafe.Service: 1/5

Magnificent. I am in my mid-70s. Travel these days is limited and something to be nervous about. This hotel and rooms offered do everything I can think of to eliminate my fears. Grand spacious rooms that are well equipped. Staff that are obviously well trained and a location close to the park and restaurants so you can easily get around to enjoy your stay.
Would leave zero stars if I could. Rooms smell awful of cleaning products. Front desk manager on a power trip wanted to interrogate me about my disability and need for my service animal. My production of paperwork and proof of compliance didn't seem to be enough for a man with a napoleon complex. Will be heading back next door to the Grovsnor House Suites which has far superior accommodations and service.
Simple home away from home. The property was a nice suprise where we got a one bedroom suite for a price of a room in govners. Good clean but on the classic side. There is no gym nor resturant in the property but they do have roomservice and house keeping like a regular hotel. Perfect for a family or long stay as there is huge space to walk around and store cloths. People there are awesome friendly and resourceful. I had an IT issue and they connected me with a specialist who solved for me. Definitely will stay here again Rooms: Bess are the normal marriot froup comfy beds Nearby activities: 10 min walk to hydr park, oxford street, bond and top restaurants. Safety: At midnight the doornis locked and they check who comes in at night. Walkability: Ur a bloxk awag from oxford and 10 min walk from top shops & restaurants
Amazing stay at Grand Residences by Marriott Mayfair. I have heard so much positive comments about this property and my partner and I truly enjoyed our stay. What a lovely home away from home, we have everything you need in the kitchen and perfectly located just steps away from shopping, groceries, restaurants to everything. It’s 47 Park Street - worth every single penny. This is not a hotel but a home with style. I would like to thank the concierge team doing a great job so helpful with my palace and theatre tickets. Will be back! Nearby activities: Easy access, shopping just steps away, groceries near by and tour near. So suggesting hop on Hop off bus, walk around Safety: We feel safe for sure
Stayed for 6 nights with my daughter. Great location and rooms set up especially for families with kids, kitchen is a dealmaker! But... no attention to a kind requests in reservation. Asked for possibility of higher floor, got the 1st floor... asked for two single beds, got king bed with two mattress on it which turned to setting up sofa sofa every night for my daughter by myself. Good in cleaning but unstainable in mamaging expectstions. One day they refill washing machiene tablets, another not. Do not refill coffee capsules at all which is first time in my experience while refill tea bags. Wifi broke one morning and lights did not work. They fix it but still... Overall, great location and good facility but attention to customers requests and experience is not aligned with 5 stars mark and quite high price! Can not call it 'fair value for money'.
