Had to cancel my trip last minute due to storm Dennis and they wouldn’t give me even a partial refund for the 1 night I had to cancel. I know it’s in the terms and conditions, but it not like I can control the weather! I can’t comment on the place itself since I didn’t go, but a little compassion could have gone a long way.
Knew it was 2 star but didn't expect it to stink of cigarettes, have light fittings falling out above the shower dangerously and be quite as disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

The worst hotel in my life. When you decide to choose this hotel think twice because they do not do money back. Formally you will receive bank check, but you can't get cash without account in Lloyds bank :
I would not give this any stars! I was booked in here as on a training course nearby. The 'hotel' was absolutely horrendous. I had a room that was at the front door, no bathroom and I really did not feel safe. I could not stay - I handed back the key and left.
We had a pleasant stay, the hotel staff especially ROKHIA was very helpful. This hotel is highly recomended We will definitely come back & stay again. This hotel is ideal & in the heart of London. Highly recommended. A*
Cleaning non existing. Filthy. No toiletpaper, no towels. Door was broken no responsen from the so called reception. Mould on carpet and in toilet
Amazing right! They expect you to use a towel for a week and the toilet had brown decay all over it.This place needs some serious renovation, you get what you pay for though. No wonder its rated one of the worst hotels in the world.
Excellent location and great customer service. However, it's a basic hotel with no kitchen or breakfast.
