The hotel was clean and spacious, with a massive super king bed. Despite facing the street my room was quiet at night. Breakfast was lovely and included some delicious smoothies as well as the usual full English and continental. 

Docked one star because the wheelchair lift to get in was temperamental and didn't always work.

I was upgraded to a “junior suite” (!) which was very fancy! Tea/coffee in the room of course, nice shower, great breakfast. The key cards kept failing on us but that was the only drawback. Appreciated the candy jars at registration.

I was there for two nights for a business trip this week, and this was my first time in any Jurys Inn hotel.   I was very impressed with the service. All staff I have spoken to were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was old and the facilities were pretty basic, which is why I cannot give a 5. Overall a good experience and would definitely go back again.

Lovely staff really helpful and friendly. Upgraded our room for us and had someone put a sofa bed in there for our daughters. Great food,easy parking. Definitely stay again

This hotel is absolutely marvellous the location is excellent so central! the beds are to die for so comfortable, the rooms are spacious with plenty of mirrors and desk space. The bathroom is lovely with either walk in shower or bath with shower over also toiletries are provided. The staff were very friendly and overall we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely be returning back to this hotel.
