I love Bills, frequenting both the Cardiff Bay and city centre location. Great service by friendly staff, who couldn't be more helpful. Being a Coeliac with a vegetarian partner the glutton free menu is especially welcome while my partner tells me the vegetarian options for her are excellent. Prices are reasonable considering the prime locations with attentive but not "in your face" service. Good food, good prices, good service, good decor, good location, friendly service ... what more would you look for?

What brilliant service. I wasn't keen on the idea of a chain restaurant, but our waitress was amazing the food was great and reasonably priced and the kids meal was lovely too instead of a substandard after thought as it so often is in many restaurants. We were treated well by all the staff and we came away feeling so glad we'd visited.

Wouldn't suggest the fruit pancakes, for £8 yes you get 5 pancakes but you're lucky if you get the equivalent of 1 strawberry, a quarter of a banana and 4 blueberries! Very disappointed at value for money. This said service was good apart from the kitchen forgetting a meal on our table!

Very busy place but a super place to be! Friendly staff reasonable prices and you blink and yr drinks order is ready to drink! Poached egg with avocado is delicious as is the Fish Finger Sandwich! If you love your food and great atmosphere this place won’t disappoint!!

Was very disappointed with our visit. The food was really not appealing and the service was shocking. The staff seem more concerned about fist bumping each other or giving a high five than they do serving. Food was cold. Looked disgusting and tasted the same. For the price was not worth it. Wasnt even that busy. The one in the bay is much better. Won't go back.
