This was my first time to stay at the Premier Inn Cardiff City Centre. I arrived quite late at night and being unfamiliar with the area I had no idea where to park. I pulled over to ring the hotel but could not get through. Each time I called the automated voice said they were busy and the call was disconnected. I had to call 3 times before I got through to someone on reception. it would have been helpful if they just allowed you to go on hold. In any event when I did get through the staff member was very helpful. the car park was relatively close to the hotel. a 3 minute walk away so not too bad. the room itself was lovely. it was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean and hygienic. A comfortable night's rest.

Love this place. Situated in the heart of Cardiff. Super for people in wheelchairs. The accessible rooms are lovely and large. Clean and tidy. There are 2 lifts and a good restaurant. The food is great and the bar is a bonus. The staff are so helpful especially Abby. Nothing is too much trouble. One of our party had a birthday and they not only let us have a cake that we bought in, they came in with it and sang happy birthday and even made sure there was a birthday card and celebration chocs on the table for him. They are always friendly and fun. I can't recommend this premier inn enough. There is a npr car park across the road and premier have a special deal with them for cheaper price parking and it a security monitored one.

Room was lovely, very clean, bed were so comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly.. No noise or disturbance. Slept well so did my wife and baby.. Only downside was after paying £150 for the room was breakfast was not included, you had to pay extra, for that price I do think breakfast should be included.

Stayed here during the Champions Legaue finals. Great place, polite and helpful staff, cozy rooms and a great breakfast spread! What else can you wish for? I had a brilliant experience with Premier Inn and I look forward to such pleasant experiences ahead..

Great location for the Motorpoint Arena. Easily walkable to lots of bars & restaurants. Hotel itself is clean and rooms were nice. Staff helpful and friendly. Would stay again
