I hadn't read the reviews until the day of my booking. I found the room very clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, towels, shower toiletries an iron, board and hairdryer. Yes the stairs were aplenty but not as steep as the reviews say. There was barely any noise although the TV turning itself on at midnight was a shock the first night! All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back again

Nice hotel. You have everything you need, hairdryer, iron, TV Stairs are very steep so you wont be too happy if you carry big and many luggages. Location is super. Right in front of the Cardiff market, close to Cardiff castle You cannot bring guest, if you do you get kicked out immediately and they have cameras so dont try to cheat.

Clean large room. fresh, clean bedding. Plenty of supplies for personal hygiene.
