I stayed here with my best friend back in the end of November and the hotel was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. The room we booked was clean and tidy upon arrival. We checked in then went out into Cardiff. We came back late and used the door bell to gain access to the hotel, of which the security guard let us in promptly.nnThe only issue we had was the fact that the hotel didn’t have a cafetiere anywhere which I know is a small point but this was a slight inconvenience.nnApart from that I would recommend.
I transferred here from another Hotel. Reception were welcoming, as soon as I walked in the room, it just felt clean, bright and fresh. The bathroom was spotless. Good to have a safe in the room. Sheets fresh bed comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Even check out was nice. I will be booking my next visit here.
Lovely hotel and quite honestly, the staff there are so attentive and friendly.nThe rooms are okay, the two downfalls to the room is that there were two bedside lamps and that is it. There is no main light in the bedroom area which makes it difficult when you are wanting to get ready.nThe mirror is far from the plug sockets so if the wires to the hairdryer/straighteners etc aren't long enough then you aren't able to see what you are doing.nBreakfast in the morning was lovely!!! Again the team in that area of the hotel were also attentive and friendly.
The Radisson Blu,Cardiff boasts a prime location, and that's about it. Unfortunately, our recent stay was far from impressive. The hotel is incredibly dated and in dire need of modernization. Our room felt tired, and the furniture had seen better days.nTo add to our disappointment, the TV in our room malfunctioned, with the HD channels seemingly not working.nIt's evident that the premium price tag is primarily due to the hotel's location, rather than the quality of accommodation. While the location is undeniably convenient, it's not enough to justify the cost.nOverall, the Radisson Blu Cardiff provided a very below-average experience. In the future, I would definitely explore other hotel options in Cardiff that offer better value for money and a more modern, comfortable stay.
I enjoyed my stay in Radisson Blu Hotel, Cardiff.nThe room is clean and service was fantastic.nBreakfast was flavourful especially English breakfastnThe location of the hotel is just near Cardiff Central Railway Station.nWalkable to all tourist spot like Cardiff Castle and others.nIf you want to stay in hotel just near city centre the Radisson Blu Hotel is perfect.n100 percent Recommendable.
