Really disappointed with my stay. First of all when we got to the room, it was clear that the bed sheets had not been changed, it was only half tucked in and had a number of hairs of the pillows, bed and duvet sheet. Called reception and the sheets were changed, however the duvet was in a terrible state, clumps of stuffing together and bits with none at all, asked if it could be changed, which it was for one that was even worse. Asked if they had any others only to be told that they had no more spare duvets...said they would change it for one from an empty room however, which didn't happen. The drinks were very expensive (£7.20 for a pint of Heineken and small ginger beer). Also with room service, you pay an extra £3 for them to bring the food to you, but here is the thing, you have to go to the bar to pay for it!? So the food is ordered, you go down and pay for it, wait for it and pay an extra £3! I have never left a 1 star review before (or even a 2 or 3) and never complain as I generally an easy person to please but unfortunately I found it that disappointing. I will not be returning.

Used the Radisson Blu today for a business meeting and can highly recommend it. Nothing was too much trouble for Sales Director Anne Miles and our server at lunch Jack went that extra mile to make sure we were all catered for. Excellent service and highly recommended.

This was in a nice location for food and shopping. However the pillows had no substance and seemed to be made of air and they had no top sheet on the bed only the comforter which didn't seem that sanitary unless they wash them every time they change them. No complaints on hotel food. Also has a fitness and business center. WiFi worked well. Edit: so apparently the whole no top sheet thing is normal. I can only hope that they wash the comforter thing for each guest.

I chose this hotel for its closeness to the concert arena...we could enjoy all the entertainment without the worry of traveling home. This worked out exactly as I had hoped.. Very pleased with our room, all amenities and service.. the bed was to die for..!! Its comfort, size and cleanliness get top marks. At check-in the young lady who welcomed us was polite friendly and truly interested in us "aging rockers"..!! We also managed to park our car at the hotel for £20 we phoned on our way to arrange this. Check out at 12 was great too as we didn't have to rise early after a late night. Will definitely stay here again, in fact will look to stay at other Radisson Blu hotels in the future.

Spacious, clean and modern rooms. Lovely, attractive bathroom with lovely products included. Knocked it down one star because there isn't enough lifts (only 2) for such a tall building, so in the morning we had to wait ages for the lift to get up and down. Tea/coffee selection and quantity in the rooms could be a bit better too.
