Great location 5 minutes’ walk from most of the sights of the city.. Amazing and very helpful staff. Great choice if dining and entertainment options. Highly recommend! Good wifi coverage across the property. Huge rooms and always get an upgrade. chain like Holiday inn should be flexible with customers changing plans last minute and this sort of flexibility will bring more business than other way round.

The Hotel is easy to find. It's right by Cardiff Castle. The parking is reasonable and the staff are very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast and dinner options were varied and delicious. There was always enough seating. The hotel staff were happy to provide directions and information about local sights.

You pay for what you get. Quite a nice hotel and a generous breakfast buffet too. The staff were helpful upon arrival. However, the room was a bit dated and quite small. But me and my partner had a good time :)

One of my favourite hotels in one of my favourite cities. located just a short walk from shops and entertainment. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful as were all the staff we came in contact with. We had a high room at the rear of the hotel, it was clean and tidy but lacked drawer space. Car parking is expensive but very secure. We will always stay at this hotel when in Cardiff.

Great location 5 minutes walk from most of the sights of the city. On site parking £12 for 24hrs at the time of writing. Clean and tidy interior to the usual Holiday Inn standards. Perhaps getting a bit tired generally now. Staff pleasant and professional. I found the food menu and range of drinks available at the bar limited.
