We held a business event at Holland House and everything went perfectly. The room and side area was absolutely ideal for what we were doing and setup beautifully. All catering and refreshments were available on time and highly complemented. And in pulling it altogether, Ryan, on the hotel's meeting and Events team, was extremely responsive and helpful.nnWe also stayed at the hotel the night before the event and the rooms were clean, spacious and offered great views.nnWould highly recommend!
This is a amazing & beautiful hotel. All staff, were pleasant & happy, especially the gorgeous Levi & her cocktails. The rooms were a good size & spotlessly clean. The spa & pool were fantastic & again our facials & massage made me feel so relaxed.I stayed with my cousin & we could not believe the value for money. The food was excellent, as was the price & service. We had a amazing time & will not hesitate to return or recommend to everyone. Thank you all so much.

Had a really great short break here with the family. Excellent location, especially from Cardiff Queen Street although definitely not the place to take a car... But they mention that when you book. The spa was great for the money, the room was comfortable, dark at night, very light in the day and quiet... also air conditioned and the brekky was great for the price. Added to this, the staff are lovely, couldn't ask for much more from a short break.
Came here for a one night stay as it was for a birthday and all i can say is it was excellent, service was lovely very friendly at the desk, we ventured to the food and drink area which was very well priced and the food was to die for! Lovely atmosphere and was clean and tidy, the room we had was very spacious, lovely bath also! Bed was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep we will be booking again for sure and this time we will use the spa and pool facilities thanks again.
