Very poor experience! We went to buy a used car here and were very disappointed by the customer service. After finding a car which we wanted to buy, we waited an hour to be seen. We were then greeted by a salesman called Ashley Burchett who at first seemed good and promised so much. The car was used but need a full valet, rear bumper scuff and the interior trim was loose. There were other minor bits but being a used car we didnt feel these were major enough to warrant repair. We then spoke to the Used car sales manager, Jon Mack. He confirmed the work would be completed as it was below their standards and they would not sell a car in that condition. He stated that the car would be given a full valet as it was very dirty inside. With that work being completed as condition of sale, we agreed to purchase the car and leave a £500 deposit. When we went to pick up the car, we could noticeably see the bumper was a different shade with a lot of overspray and patchy paintwork. The inside trim had not been repaired and the inside of the car was still filthy. Ashley also agreed with this and accepted it had not been delivered to the standard it should have. We were told we could pay the outstanding balance and bring the car for those bits to be sorted at our convenience. We did not feel comfortable paying for the car until the work had been completed. Ashley agreed to this and said he will call us next week once it was ready. After looking at the car, the respray was better but still there was visible overspray which was rough to touch and the inside trim had been glue down and come away and it was a very visibly messy completion. Ashley had a day off so we were dealing with his colleague who agreed that it was a awful repair. Honestly a toddler could have done a better repair. He spoke to the sales manager and informed us that they could not repair it any further and so we either take the car as it is or they can refund the deposit. Apparently all used car have bits and bobs on them and we shouldn't be too picky! We agreed to the refund and the Used car sales manager, Jon Mack confirmed the refund would be processed and all we had to do is send an email to request this to Ashley. Upon leaving the forecourt we received a call for Ashley. His tone was rude and aggressive and said we may not get the refund. He was extremely unprofessional and almost trying to bully us into taking the car. Angered my the call we returned in the branch to speak to Jon. He confirmed he had spoken to Ashley and authorised the refund so we didn't understand why he was not following instructions and calling with  a completely different message. He assured us the refund would be processed by Friday 4th March. We sent an email to Ashley to request the refund on Saturday 26th February copying in his manager, Jon Mack. On friday 4th March the deposit refund was not received and as we had not received any communication, i sent another email to chase this up. Again no reply was received so I called to speak to Jon. He said he had authorised the refund and had to found out why it had to been processed. Later that evening Ashley left a voicemail stating he had not requested the refund. He said he would do it first thing Saturday morning and call to inform us when it was done. He left another voicemail to confirm this was done and that we should be refunded by 11th March. Ob both occasions no apology was offered and nor an explanation why there was a delay in processing the refund. It seems Ashley does not follow his manager's instructions. My experience with Toyota has been awful and the staff seem very unprofessional. Their sales tactics are to bully customers into a purchase. It seems unfair that the customer is held responsible because they failed to deliver the vehicle repaired to the standard it should have been. Avoid at all costs!
Great staff, there is a laptop area I used to do my work while waiting for my car to be serviced. There is also a coffee / tea / biscuits station that makes the wait easier. I could drop off my car here and collect it later, but this small lounge area makes coming to service my car a nice trip.
This is the fourth car that I have bought from Jemca. Toyota took quite a while to deliver my new car due to supply issues. However during this time Chandni kept me informed every step of the way. She phoned when she said she would phone which is a great quality, giving precise and accurate information. She made the handover of the car as brief as possible while ensuring I understood every part of the process. I would not hesitate to ask for her when I buy my next car. AM
Well what a fantastic experience. Aisha at the service centre is absolutely incredible. Shows so much care to her customers, it’s a rarity these days. Helped with getting all the issues on my new car fixed and even reminded me when it was time to service my car. Toyota has a genuine gem in Aisha and she deserves to be credited for her hard work. Great experience and excellent service. I was the first customer of the day, so no waiting time for me. We tested the car and completed the purchase rapidly. The salesmen, Umar and Harshil, were very nice and helpful throughout.

I would give Jemca 10* if I could as the experience and service I received from Chandni Pabari , the face of Jemca in Sales. She was exceptional, she was attentive and proactive went above her call of duty to meet all my needs and well within my budget. Truly like no other sales person from 3 other Toyota dealerships I had visited. She wasn’t pushy and her reassuring style and knowledge truly helped me to make my purchase with no regrets. As soon as I walked into this showroom I was blown away by the staff who saw to everyone who walked through the door and were helpful but not overpowering including the managers especially Joe and Milton. Chandni, however was my sales lady who managed everything meticulously from start to finish - her after sale support responding to my numerous questions late into the evening was amazing. Folks no need to shop around , save time and go to Jemca and you will be sure to find the best price and more importantly a service with a smile. I traded my old car for a new one and again they offered me the best deal. Job well done and I highly recommend anyone who feels unsure to go and find Chandni. Thanks Chandni for all your support and giving me such a great send off with a big red bow. I felt like a princesses and most importantly you were right it was a joy to drive. Love it ! The teams here also demonstrated due diligence and had good safety measures in place. Thank you !
