AVOID! Van Sales Colindale. Very happy to take a deposit on a used vehicle, try to press you into taking uncompetitive VW Finance & then when you arrange your own finance the vehicle mysteriously its not available?!!
Apparently a stock error?!

Update to the below (posted 17 April) .... I have  received some compensation from Citygate for my vehicle.  Thank you. Such a shame  it took so much of my time and effort to resolve this which really was unnecessary.  Rather disappointingly, still waiting on an acknowledgement of my letter from the Managing Director's office!!  

Would have left zero stars if that was possible but it's not.  If you take your vehicle for servicing at Citygate make sure you check all of the bodywork before you leave it with them.!  If you do have a complaint, don't bother writing to the Managing Director of Citygate Automoibiles as he doesn't even have the courtesy to reply to his customers.  I think it says it all that I have just purchased a new vehicle and it isn't a Skoda.  It's something that I don't have to have serviced at Citygate.

The charges are an absolute rip off. I would highly recommend not taking your car here. We have two VW CC's suffering from break in wire harness to boot. They quoted £540 for a simple wire replacement, that my  father, a non mechanic was able to do in one hour by consulting YouTube and ordering the part for £40. I unfortunately spent £340 on it here. Dealership best avoided.

Without doubt the most unprofessional experience in my 32 years of business. Not surprised to see half of the reviews are negative....what does that tell? I would not go near this place again....and please dont bother answering with you stock answer of passing on my comments to your manager....Dont take your car here as you will get ripped off!

I called them three times each week to try to get the second copy of the keys that I supposed to have from them in the very beginning. They always say they will call you back, but they never do that. Still do not have my second copy of the keys. Not helpful at all

Update: a month later still don’t have the keys, I have emailed and called to everyone that I could. They said they’ll call me back and they never did. Horrible experience
