We are new to the area and would like to get our car in a month. We visited lists of dealers and finally get our family car at Volvo. Thanks to Steve & Ace at Volvo North London, we get our V60 with amazing colour and condition. Ace helped us all the way on our doubts and issues. Definitely a 10*+ service for him.
I have been bringing my car here for more than 10 years. Customer service is outstanding. Special mention for Ann Marie who has always gone above and beyond to help. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Communication is excellent. Charges are discussed in advance before going ahead with work. I like the videos showing assessment of the car and the new check-in portal before bringing the car allows you to write down everything you want dealt with in advance. Highly recommended.
We wanted to buy the XC40 Plug-in Plus and we were very determined to walk away with an agreement in place. This is how it went: - Initially he advised against buying an electric car from Volvo, claiming it runs out from charge on motor way and there could be potential queues and made us concentrate on the Volvo XC40 Plug-in. - After realising the branch doesn't have any XC40 Plus, he then lured us to buy the Volvo XV40 electric and claimed the new XC40 Plus will take 6-7 months. - When asked for special discount and offers, he proceeded with "We can't offer discount for you and prices are fixed". - On our test drive, he took us to a petrol station to fill the car! then he was too busy playing with his mobile phone and never offered to explain the car, not even once! I had to ask the questions and he was very not bothered answering and jumping to shortcuts. We hated the drive! - I asked for the PCP offer, he rejected claiming the systems are down. The next day on 01/11/2022 I sent an email requesting that PCP information and he never replied! - I never heard back from him, which goes against all dealerships.
Popped down to the showroom earlier this week just to see what's on offer, was a bit unsure as to what kind of car I needed. Then met this lovely lad called Maz who really knew his stuff, he showed me the different type of cars on offer and went into a lot of detail about each car which really cleared it up for me. He also explained all the buying options I had and what option would be suitable based on my budget and needs. Overall a 10/10 experience.
Excellent service for car and customer! Went in for investigation under warranty - came back better and cleaner!! than before. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable customer service. Big shout out for their colleague Jessica Coulson who went the extra mile in making everything go easily on the day
I've had the distinct pleasure in dealing with this outstanding dealership across all facets of sales servicing body works finance as an established customer spanning over 20 year's todate. First purchase 1999! I'm feel genuinely valued with immense support from each member of the team's across the operations. Hannah in recent year's continues to be exemplary in all matters pertaining to my various purchases throughout the process diligently steering me forward. I'm so grateful for both her & colleagues unconditional support. Ann Marie in the Service Dept is without any doubt a true gem beyond measure! It's a privilege to commend this organisation. I look forward to next 20!
After calling multiple times over 3 days, leaving messages and speaking to different employees at this branch, I took my car, which is under warranty, to Sentinel Volvo in Seven Sisters. I had an engine light come on and was simply trying to get it looked at asap and to establish that it was under warranty. No-one at the branch has ever called me back and tried to help. It seems they are more than happy to call and email multiple times when you are looking to purchase a car but not if you have any issues with a car that you have purchased. Disgusting customer service! Thanks to Sentinel Volvo for their quick efficient and friendly service, the issue was rectified under warranty without any problems. I won’t be taking my car back here or recommending this dealership to anyone in the future. Ideally 0 stars would be my rating!
Excellent service from Maz when I was looking to upgrade my car but wasn't exactly what I wanted. I was shown a range if options including the electric car range, which I knew nothing about. He made the whole experience smooth and explained everything in detail. Outstanding service and definitely will recommending Volvo +Maz to friends and family looking to buy new cars.
Recently went to Volvo in Colindale to look at what Volvo offer. It was such a refreshing experience to meet James and the team. So professional and extremely helpful. If only more dealerships were like Endeavour! 100% would recommend them.
Would 100% recommend I recently bought a car from Volvo after looking at many other cars. By far this was the best dealership. The service we received was excellent from Aies who went above and beyond, he explained everything to me in detail and is highly knowledgeable.
