I went with my wife to buy a car. We really enjoyed the whole process as Pan Chan made it very easy and smooth he made the car buying experience so much easier. And really great customer service. Ok
The location of this dealership is convenient, situated right on the main road. They offer a diverse selection of cars with various specifications, providing plenty to browse through. However, my experience was mixed. While they do have some decent cars available, I noticed that many of them had wear and tear issues internally despite looking good from the outside. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side, especially considering the condition of some of the vehicles. Overall, while the location and variety are positives, there's room for improvement in terms of the internal condition of the cars and pricing strategy.
Angie on reception is an asset to Lexus on Ealing Road. Thank you for being so accommodating, trying to get a sales person to meet with us although they were all booked up. Angie ensured we didn’t have a wasted trip and was kind enough to let us look in a car that was out on the lot and even directed us to cars on the first floor that we didn’t know existed! Whilst I can’t comment on the rest of the staff at Lexus, I can say that Angie was very helpful and made today a worthwhile trip.
Absolutely spectacular service, every single employee here comforts you as if to make it feel like home. They help you with everything and provide you with the best deal possible. Definitely will buy again with Lexus.

I went to this place uncertain about whether purchase a Lexus or another brand and as soon as I walked inside I had a very good feeling, in fact I decided I didn’t need to look somewhere else. I was welcome at the desk immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment and they were fast enough to provide me with a consultant even though they were very busy. Dantae Bryan is a 5 star employee! And I have to make a point of it amongst other quality of the company. He was so kind, and knowledgeable. He could answer all my questions and I know nothing about cars I was worried I could be the annoying customer, but he had made me feel comfortable and welcome at all time always having a wonderful attitude throughout the sale. I asked about him when I made up my mind because I trusted him. I spend three hours in there yesterday and to me it felt like 5 minutes and is not like me, I usually get bored very fast. I had not very good experience previously in other places so I really want to share my opinion because when someone is working well they deserve to be told. Everyone in that place was very nice and never felt unattended even though they were not dealing with me personally. Thank you very much guys. I’m so excited about my new car! Happy to be a Lexus costumer.
