Really is an exceptional service organization. Difficult to find any faults. Staff polite and attentive without being intrusive or overbearing. The showrooms opposite VW, Merc, Volvo might take some lessons!!!

Excellent approach by all the staff who help me choose my new Lexus RX 450h. Right honest advice. Definitely has converted me from being a loyal buyer of another make for last 28 years to now Lexus. Both David Spencer and Nasser were helpful, followed up by courtesy call few days later to ask if there was anything more I wanted to know about my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership over any other for that extra personal touch. Thanks Lexus Edgware Road.

Very professional. Gave car in for a recall and the process was simple, quick and hassle free. Everything you'd expect from a top car manufacturer.

I was looked after by a gentleman called Nasser and he was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I took a car for a test drive and I was well looked after by him and at the end I met the sales manager who was also very charming and they both made me feel very welcomed.
