Madalinasales executive and Clivesales manager went above and beyond their efforts to ensure that my new HONDA JAZZ car will be ready by Christmas! I bought my Honda Jazz from here 8 years ago from Jason who still works here in sales. I’ve been very happy with the ongoing service and the continued quality of the vehicle. Definitely recommend.
Excellent care and service received from this dealership. I purchased a Jazz from an independent trader unseen and when it was delivered the stereo was in another language and I couldn't play any music. I went to Crown hoping someone could help me, and when I arrived I luckily caught one of the technicians Andy in the car park. He was happy to help me, even though they looked very busy. Within 2 minutes Andy had changed my language and set my music up to play all while explaining what he was doing and being very friendly and understanding. Will definitely be coming back for my servicing when ready.
I picked up my new Honda Jazz from Jason Baum at Hendon last week and I've been absolutely delighted with the car and in particular Jason's service. Nothing was too much trouble and no matter how many times I called him he was always delighted to hear from me and always took time to explain everything so detailed and then he explained all the controls with Me again on Friday. He had so much patience. This is the main reason I decided to buy from this dealership as Jason was so kind and generous and he is obviously has incredible patience dealing with the elderly and people like myself. I wish there was a Jason in every store. Thank you Crown Honda I will be highly recommending you to my friends and family.
I have been coming to Crown Honda for years and have found the service faultless. A special note for Martin Baker, who looked after me on my last visit. Helpful communicative and as polite as always. The showroom is spotless and comfortable. the staff are all great, from the moment you walk in until you leave. Also, how come Honda cars never break down? Thanks Honda, and thank you Martin.

Always a positive experience visiting Crown Honda, Hendon. Ram is a knowledgeable, experienced salesman who really knows his stuff and we've had three cars from them over several years. A shout-out too to the valeting team, who are fantastic and always return our car looking brand new after servicing.

His relaxed manner ensured my purchase of the Jazz e:HEV was a pleasant and comfortable experience, one in which I never felt pressured or rushed to decide if this was right for me whilst still assisting me in a timely manner. Whether in the Sales or Service departments I have always been made to feel a valued customer and I have found by experience staff really do go the extra mile. So noticeable is their goodwill in comparison to my previous purchase of a Honda Jazz during lockdown with a Honda Dealership in the North of England who were sadly absolutely the complete opposite. Well done Jason and all at Crown Honda.
Bought a Jazz Hybrid here four months ago and had great service throughout the whole process. Thank you very much Madalina for helping with every request and making sure that the process was super smooth. Felt informed of everything I needed to know throughout the process and I really valued the honesty and non-pushy sales approach. Took two weeks from first seeing the car to being a proud owner, and have been putting on miles ever since.
