Ulrika was very helpful, always smiling and attending to everyone. Prem was also very nice and helpful, both of them looked after me very well. They made my wait seem shorter than what it actually was. Keep it up!
Debbie was very friendly and helpful and offered drinks to everyone waiting.when I asked her for assistance she directed me to the correct person.. Aisha was assigned to me today.she was very professional and knowledgeable about work done to my car today. Importantly she explained everything to me. Answered queries and was very efficient. Both Debbie and Alisha are an asset to the company. Well done.

I stupidly got the month wrong and turned up a month early. But Debbie was so patient as she tried to find my details. Then Kim took over and found my details and mistake. But still let me do the service today. Lovely ladies. All your members of staff I met w toere very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
