Overall poor experience because of a rude and dismissive employee called Vanessa. Asked her politely to check if she had a size medium joggers in the back room but she abruptly told me if you don’t see it on the table we don’t have it. Her manager then corrected her in saying we might have it in the back in which she tried to ignore even her. She then reluctantly checked the back and unsurprisingly said there’s none in the back. This employee clearly needs extra training and coaching on how to correctly communicate to customers and serve them better.
If you're bargain hunting and you prioritize quality. I believe this is a shop you shouldn't miss. Great variety of clothing and decent prices.nnThe brand can certainly do better in marketing themselves. As only true bargain hunters have the time to do online searches.nnWell recommended.
The queue and the tills management is minus 20. Staff is lost in space. I was in this store first time in the last 5 years and I hope will be at least other 5 until I will have go back there. Unfortunately I have to go back next week to return something.nAs usually you guys will not reply to the one star reviews but it’s never too late. Good luck with the store.
Bought a set of pyjamas, nothing looked out of order. When I opened them the bottom piece was missing. Since I was in Harrow, I went to the local branch to have them changed. I was told that it could only be done from the branch that it was purchased. They said they did not have the telephone number of the branch, and that they will need to inspect their CCTV before exchanging goods. I did that the following week. The Basildon branch told me that they had another customer with similar complaint. They did an exchange and had to go again to Harrow to deliver the present.
Very nice people.nGood range of menswear clothes at low prices. Good value , shame they don't sell long sleeve shirts and shirts in the summer as UK Summers can sometimes get cold
