Customer service seems to be a foreign language for Ford Edgware Servicing Department. So hard to make a booking and so hard to actually speak to someone who is genuinely interested to hear what you have to say before putting you on hold and passing you to another one of their uninterested colleagues... rubbish customer service for a fleet customer!

Took my car in for a service, returned to me with a scratched alloy. Went back in to have it fixed and they returned it with the wrong alloy painted which wasn't even damaged in the first place. They also replaced the passenger side read view mirror and it doesn't match the driver side one. Have been complaining, emailed their head office and have not heard anything back from the dealership head office, the Edware branch where this happened not Ford's own head office. Pathetic. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Had to use them for over 3 years now. The service department is a joke. No one ever wants to pick up the phone, any job no matter how small will take the whole day and if you complain, all you get is rude managers. My £75, 30mins job meant I didn’t have a car for the whole day and when it came back it had a scratch on it and my bumper wasn’t clipped in properly so it took them another day to repair the repair. Dropped it off at 8:30am and got it back at the end of the day meaning I couldn’t pick up my daughter from nursery. They were one of the leading reasons why I decided my new car wasn’t a Ford. Avoid if you have a choice!

The Gardner did not know what he was doing and I could have done better. He came with hand held equipment that didn't do the job. I wouldn't recommend him.
