AVOID Trust Ford Edgware!nWorst experience ever — it all started with a slight coolant leak. They said a hose needed replacing, then changed the EGR, then the thermostat housing. My car was unusable for almost 2 months. After collecting it, it went straight into limp mode. Another garage later found the EGR was loose! They fixed it properly. Never going back to Trust Ford Edgware.

I recently took delivery of my new Ford Capri EV, and the entire handover experience was excellent. Pat, the service representative, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They took the time to walk me through all the key features, answered every question clearly, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my new vehicle before driving away.nIt’s great to see such high-quality customer service, and Pat truly made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We bought almost new car from Trust Ford Edgware with Dipesh as a part exchange and everything went very smooth. We had to wait couple of days for the new car to be prepared as we took ceramic cover but our new car was ready in the condition described, and the handover was clean. The old car was collected/traded in, the new car handed over with all the promised features, paperwork, and checks. I didn’t have to chase anything up. It felt like a premium, professional transaction.This was one of the better car‑buying & part‑exchange experiences I’ve had. I felt fairly treated, well informed, and comfortable throughout. Dipesh at TrustFord Edgware was outstanding —  was transparent with the part‑exchange value, answered every question with honesty, and handled everything smoothly. Highly recommend dealing with him if you want a stress‑free, customer‑focused experience! We will definitely come back next time to Dipesh and Trust Ford Edgware!!!

I bought my car from TrustFord Edgware and the communication is second to none with Manfred as he was on point with all my questions and answered them within seconds and not days like some other car showrooms. Manfred was so polite when we met him even going through our finances to get the best deal. He even charged our car up before we left with our car. It was a seamless transaction and have to put my hat off to Manfred for a smooth delivery. Will let my friends and family use these guys for sure. Thank you again. Oh and a big shout out to Vincent the Finance guru - you know who you are!

Have used Trust Ford to supply vans on numerous occasions. They have always delivered on time at a competitive price. Narissa and Greg are very pleasant to deal with and very helpful too. Will definitely buy from them again.
