October 2022 update: Amazing service again from the team. Highly recommend as when you buy a car you need to be looked after post sales and these guys do an incredible job. Again a perfect service from the wonderful team at Lexus. Really efficient process of check in, waiting and fault reportingI was worried about a slow puncture which they checked thoroughly Video check was sent whilst I waited so I could see under my car! Sparkling showroom with refreshments as well. Can't rate then highly enough Would give them 6 stars if I could. Perfect, polite and thorough, the team at Lexus have looked after me every year since I bought my car brand new and each year since. Always helpful, car is well looked after and easy options like service plans and while you wait MOT with great coffee! Highly recommend, everyone from reception through to the back office parts team are always helpful and knowledgeable. Their systems and staff make life easy as they take care of every element, taking the stress out of car ownership and maintenance.
Let’s start from this…. If I could I would give them 6 or 7 stars We love Lexus brand and after moving to U.K. we had already 2 cars this brand. My relationship with Lexus Edgware Road is since 2018 and this was one of my best decision I ever made. The atmosphere in this dealership is so friendly and you feel like you part of the family. Welcoming reception and very friendly service guys we love Ash and sales guys are so helpful AJ was a pleasure to work with. Every time I’m coming back to service my car I am a bit excited! I have just good experience with them and the work that they doing there is on extremely high standard! So definitely you should buy or service your car there. You will not regret it for sure!

I have been servicing my Lexus is220d and ct200 at this branch for the past 10 years. The customer service would be outstanding if it weren’t for the condescending female receptionist. The male receptionist on the other hand very polite and respectful along with meet and greet guy just before you get to the reception, who likes to shake customers hands and makes people very welcomed.
I Am using Lexus car from 4 years and regularly doing service there, its good service so far, no major issues. i have tried to buy another car from them, gave good offer by cash and i was told its good offer and told they will revert and kept me awaiting for nearly one week without answer stating only i will come back to you by afternoon and just killed my time. and they told today morning it was sold for high price, so want i understood, just they made me to wait like fool and where i missed another car with my friend. its total unprofessional costumer service from Lexus Edgware by cheating people and make people time waste
Afzal made the experience of upgrading my Lexus very easy and offered a high class service. He gave us a choice and fully supported us once we made our decision. We were kept well informed and the handover was very professional and smooth, he has offered extra help and tuition on the various ‘mod cons’ in my UX.
The care and level of service I received at Lexus Edgware Road was exceptional. They were professional, courteous and did exactly what they said they would do. Afzal is a credit to the company. I hope his qualities and abilities are recognised. Lexus must not lose him.
Recently bought NX350. We were consulted by AJ who helped us to find the right car according to our requirements. The whole process was thoroughly well explained till the keys were handed in. I would really recommend. We had a really good experience in dealing with the whole team. All the best.
A very well organised dealership with outstanding levels of service, from the wonderful front of house staff right through to the management. Get past the centralised call centre which does not reflect the operation on the ground, and be impressed by just how how helpful everyone is. Mercedes and BMW should visit this dealership and take notes - this is how it should be done and it is these service levels which make a difference to future car buying decisions.
