Suzuki main dealer with full service centre on separate plot just around the corner from the showroom. Staff helpful and polite. You can even do your weeks shopping at Sainsbury's across the road whilst you car gets its first service!

Absolutely terrible experience, these people are cowboys. Took my car here to repair one fault, left with my whole electrical system faulty. My lights, heaters, push to start etc do not work and the car rattles when it is driven. I reported this to the owner and he refuses to explain himself or fix the issues at hand. I am currently taking legal action but I don’t want anyone else to go through this. I am pretty sure the only good reviews for this place are written by employees. I have since been in contact with a few other customers and everyone has had a bad experience, we've written negative reviews on google and shortly after a good review is uploaded to maintain their average stars of around 4. Everything about this company is a lie. Take your car elsewhere !!!!

Please do not take your car to these cowboys. They completely ruined my bmw. It was running well, just needed dpf filter cleaning. these guys call me back 2 days later telling me the EGR valve needs changing as well then a day later they call me that my car has massive vibrations and they suspect a clutch problem. I went to collect the car and they had messed up the engine, the automatic start/stop doesnt work anymore, the fan was tampered with as well. long story short, please do your self and your wallet a favour and dont go near these scammers

Car wouldn't start. Towed to Suzuki. After having it a week they reported immobiliser was probably faulty but may need an ECU, but even that may not cure the problem. This after putting on their diagnostic equipment and charging over 100 for basically giving no confirmed diagnosis at all. How can a main dealer not be able to confirm faults without saying they have to charge to fit new expensive parts in a trial and error way? Can't believe that a main dealer doesn't have equipment to test an ECU without changing it. The report that finally came was from a SALES advisor with no report from the diagnostic read out. Car was returned with wires disassembled which I found out after having paid to tow the car away. It would seem Suzuki are not equipped to deal with electronic faults.

We found the staff to be very helpful, they discussed the problem we experienced with our vehicle and explained the process in full. Excellent facilities whist waiting for the work to be completed. We would not hesitate in using their service again, despite needing to travel from the south coast. We received excellent personal service from Gary and James. Keep up the good work!
