I would thoroughly recommend using Now Vauxhall at Staples Corner. After having several bad encounters with other dealers, I stumbled across an advert for a used car at this dealership. I had an appointment to see the car with Joanna who was incredibly pleasant, friendly and helpful. After securing me a great deal on a used car and my part exchange, she continued to ensure every detail I requested was seen to. Communication was fantastic and she was genuinely thrilled for us to have found our perfect car - I can't sing her praises enough! The car is beautiful and in great condition, I am so happy to have gone to a main dealer in the end. Ended up with a great deal, the car was no more expensive than comparable ones at non-Vauxhall dealers but in much better condition, beautifully valeted, with a warranty as well and had the car ready for us in less than two days!

From the second we walked in we experienced a very professional and friendly service. Our sales executives Hannah and Jakub were extremely helpful in getting us the car we wanted. 5 star service all round and really happy with our car.

We were looking for a car - either New or used , the service from Hannah was second to none . She took time to go through all the options , happily supplying figures for all the options and giving full information on any extras possible as well guiding us through every aspect associated with the purchase. She was a pleasure to deal with and we bought the car she recommended !
