I was very well looked after by the staff at this branch. They reserved stock for me with the manufacturer when they discovered that stock levels were low without me having to ask and then phoned me to let me know. I was unable to reach the store in time to make payment the following day so they took some details from me over the phone and selected a delivery slot for me to secure my order until the following day. Professional, reliable, helpful and friendly. The store is large and has a good selection of products on display including some that are hard to find at other branches. All in all I've had a very positive experience at the Staples Corner branch. Thank you to Mubi & the team!
Didn’t have chairs available for customers and when we needed to bottle feed our baby they kicked us out as they needed the chair for something else
I cant recommend this store highly enough. There is a good selection of Tiles throughout but I'd mostly recommend it for the superb staff. I have dealt with 4 different assistants there in the last 2 weeks and each and every one of them have been so helpful and friendly. Always greeting me with a small and delivering the product to my car. I will always go back.
Really great customer service and Jai was very helpful in answering questions as well. Arranged for me to pickup from another store when things weren't in stock.
Would not recommend to anyone to purchase any tools in there as they robbing people. Buyed tool which was faulty and they say its working fine...but in real life doesn't cut straight.... And they will not return your money back as its been used. HOW CAN YOU KNOW ITS FAULTY IF YOU DON'T USE THE MACHINE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY CUSTOMERS OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO BUY IN THERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ROBBING PEOPLE AS ON THEY RECIEPE ITS SAYS ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE WITH IN 60DAYS BUT THATS A LIE.

Of the couple of Topps Tiles I’ve checked out, this was the bigger of the two with the most stock. Approachable staff. A little difficult to get to by public transport.
This was ridiculous! I reserved a tile cutter and when we wanted to take the guy told me it’s reserved for someone else, and could explain him that he should ask who we are!!! Terrible to trade!
The staff were very positive and some of the designs I couldn't find anywhere else, furthermore they were more than accommodating for our situation so definitely good customer service when you ask, at both branches that Ive been too
Sam from Topps Tiles Staples Corner was extremely helpful helping me to find 6 tiles that would fit my current bathroom tiles. I could not imagine that a trip to a tile shop could be so pleasant:
