Some of the staff are amazing, they give high quality customer service and are always happy to help and even check stock in the stockroom. Whereas, there is this one lady who always works at the till, she is an old Asian lady with short brown hair, quite slim - I ALWAYS get the worst customer service experience from her, she is always so moody, if I need a carrier bag, she expects me to put the items in the bag whereas last I checked as a sales advisor serving on the tills the advisor usually puts items for them in the bag for the customer - maybe except for grocery stores. She had also argued with my friend and I when there was a promotion going on for student discounts which apparently she wasn't aware off. So today I went to self checkouts and it said "Collect McDonald Vouchers" so obviously one would think to go to the counter where a employee could help you. I had asked that same lady (because she's always on tills) that I just want to collect the Mcdonald vouchers, she gave me the most disgusting look and walked away with a raised eyebrow and came back and just handed me one voucher.... so she technically walked two steps away with a screw face and only came back with one voucher.

A huge, fantastic store that stocks a considerable amount of great quality products. Customer service is brilliant. One of my favourite stores! I can't recommend them enough. You won't regret coming here, and you won't regret buying from them either. I could come here everyday. Long live WH Smith!

After downsizing, due to market conditions, this store has all the necessary stationery and books etc. to cater for popular demand.

This particular branch is located in Westfield Shopping Centre, White City. The young man whom I approached for advice couldn't have been more helpful, if he tried. Not alone did he tell me where 2 find what I was looking for, he took me there & brought my purchases 2 the cash point - the one which was manned. 10+++ out of 10 for service. He deserves a pat on the back bec he's got a long way 2 go if retail is his chosen career.

I've always liked this place full of books and cards. It suplies my stationary too. What's more it is inside of Brent Cross shopping centre
