Andrew is a great product advisor. I purchased my used van from him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to explain and go over all the details with me. He always replies quickly and efficiently. Andrew always answers all my questions and offers various options and solutions. Highly recommend London Kia, and their wonderful team!
Purchased a used vehicle at Kia today. Was a very good experience. They are easy to deal with. They have a great selection of vehicles. Prices are competitive and reasonable. My sales rep was Tom. He is a nice guy. Friendly and professional. Would definitely buy here again. Recommended.
Just want to say a huge thank you to Andrew in used car sales. My mother in law bought a car a few months back, she’s hearing impaired and he did an incredible job being patient with her and helping her through the process. She went to probably every dealership in London and Andrew made her the most comfortable and feel the most valued. She also isn’t car savvy and continues to show up at Kia asking for help with random things how to change the time, about winter tires, lost her key fob in the car… and he continues to help her. Huge thank you to Andrew for taking care of my MIL!
They're extremely good at the appearance of a well-organized operation, my first impression was five stars and I had decided that I would be back, primarily because my recall item visit also identified that my back window wasn't working properly nor my USB port in in the car. They told me they had ordered the part from my window back in March, that they would contact me when it was ready. I have called four times to inquire sense about the part from my window and when I'll be able to roll it down again, no one returns my calls. I don't recommend getting a Kia because the service is subpar. This is not the first dealership that has done a terrible job.
I always enjoy my visits to London Kia. The staff is consistently friendly, and the showroom is clean and well-maintained, making every visit enjoyable. The service provided is always satisfying, and the complimentary car wash is an added bonus.
When I need repairs the prices are exceptionally high. All four of my brake lights are out. All four at the same time means unlikely its a bulb issue. More likely fuse easy to check or brake switch. Piccadilly Motors quotes me $60-$80. Kia $145 diagnostic test + $200.00 parts and labour. I'm off to Piccadilly.
We like Kia but this business location is not recommended for the following reasons: 1. The sales person will force you to give them 5 stars after sale review to their company so that they can get monthly financial rewards. We did because we were too kind and too considerate for their families 's needs. But this dishonesty always smells bad in memory. 2. The financial department would using attitudes to force you to get add ons. If you don't, they would make you feel that you were cheap and not worthy. I don't understand that technique, which might be trained but it's absolutely destroyed the relationship between them and the customers. 3. We bought $399 package for life time car wash and some other blurry services. But we went for car wash once and they did really lousy job. We never went back. 4. The only nice people are at the reception desk. But that's about it.
We have had our new 2022 Kia Sorento for over a year and a half now and love it! We came back in for a small issue/concern and got treated with excellent customer service by Greg and Braden. Great at listening to what we needed, advising, and just being polite and friendly to resolve the issue. The service was done efficiently and appointment was easy to fit into a busy schedule. The dealership is also extremely clean, modern, and pet-friendly! I think everyone working came to say hi to Stella
A huge thank you to this Kia for their service. And an ever bigger thanks to Braden for being honest and kind. My mom was taken advantage of at a Canadian Tire in Mississauga and was told she needed costly repairs that didn’t actually solve the problem she brought it in for. I decided to bring it to another Kia dealership that told us it would be an additional thousands of dollars just to see what the problem is. I decided to get a second opinion and within an hour we were told exactly the problem and the cost. A week’s worth of stress gone in one hour! Thank you so much Braden and Kia London, I will be taking my mothers car to you guys from now on!
