Cannot fault the hotel staff . Was everything perfect. They even managed to moved my other room to same hotel as I had 2 booking in the 2 ibis in Edinburgh. Thank you very much and I will defenetly be back. A special thanks to Fernando, Oyala and Dean and also to the other members (apologies foe not remember their names)

Located in the center of the old town and about a 10 minutes walk from most of the sites and attractions. The rooms are on the small side but comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The one critic I can think of is that the breakfast utensils werent very clean, likewise the cups in the rooms were clean the first night but not the second. The street outside can be loud but i think they provide ear plugs, it wasn't too distracting.

Occasionally, one receives outstanding service from staff who are not only great at their jobs, but actually happy to help and very friendly. This was the case for our recent visit to your establishment. Two young men, both named Dean, were extraordinary and should be recognized. We noticed the manager, Simon, was pitching in and leading by example, thus creating a team approach to servicing customers during the busy Tattoo and Fringe event season. We were thrilled to be able to extend our stay in Edinburgh and enjoy the proximity to all the action, great facility and fantastic staff.

Stayed here for a weekend break. Rooms fairly small with limited storage, e.g. no drawer space. However, clean and well presented so fine for a couple of nights. Breakfast fine, though maybe needs a bit more attention to when things need replenished. Bar fairly soulless but fine for a nightcap as plenty of other options nearby for anything more.

Clean and functional ideal for business trips but also great location to visit this beautiful city. Staff very nice.
