Fantastic place to stay or dine at as the food is delicious and the rooms are lovely. Any staff i have came in to contact with albeit reception, restaurant or housekeeping have been warm, friendly and helpful. I have stayed here twice and both times have felt the service has been impeccable.

Reality nice hotel, let us check in 2 hours early. Got the upgrade to the suite i requested. Really good location, breakfast good, nice and clean. 24 quid for a late night bottle of cheap plonk though but what hotel wouldn't rip you off the same way. Would defo stay again.

Very good experience overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was of good quality and well presented, and had a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. The only thing lacking was a minibar which would have been welcome.

Super nice hotel, with the BEST location and everything you need for a citytrip to Edinburgh. Nice bed, clean and good bathroom ( loved the shower). Friendly staff, will definitely come back when visiting Edinburgh.

Stayed here for my wife's birthday from the 23rd to the 25th November 2017. The hotel is central and easily within walking distance to everything. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The noted that it was a birthday stay and upgraded us to a deluxe room which was a great touch. and even gave us a free drinks voucher. Room was very clean and spacious.
