These apartments have a fantastic location between The Royal Mile and Holyrood at Dynamic Earth, just a few hundred yards to each. We were upgraded from a studio to 2 bed and everything we may have needed for an extended stay was provided from toiletries, hair dryer, tea, coffee and milk and even a complimentary mobile phone with free minutes. We only stayed one night and we were really able to spread out and relax. The two bed has one double bedroom with ensuite shower and a second double bedroom. There is a separate bathroom with bath and electric shower. The carpets and paintwork could have done with a spruce up but was fine. Everything else seemed clean. We had excellent value for money. The apartment is also next to a Tesco express a Pizza Express and a couple of places that do breakfast.

Absolutely terrible experience staying here. The apartment above us was having renovations done and the hotel refused to do anything about the horrific noise going all night. No care that people have paid £130 to stay in this place. No care at all for guests. We eventually forced them to give us another room to escape the noise but we didn't get to move until 10:30pm at night when we had an early flight the next day. Contacted manager and never had a reply back. Avoid at all costs. Much nicer places to stay for a much better price.

Nice apartment, spacious room, kitchen tidy and milk in the fridge. I paid 85 for the room and 15 for the parking. Easy walking distance to town and castle. Pizza Express next door and a Tesco Metro 50yrds up the road.

The apartment was nice spacious and clean the location of the place is exceptional I walked literally 1 minute from the front door and I was on the royal mile. The service is good staff are friendly and attentive when needed.

Absolutely great as a base for exploring Edinburgh. Apartments are a good size and well equipped - and very clean - although perhaps starting to look a little tired. We haven't had the facilities but can't fault value.
