Stayed for 3 leisure night London stay, the hotel location was just perfect for traveling to our daily destinations such as Abba Voyage etc.nCheck in was seamless and we felt welcomed, twin room accommodation was cleaned, comfortable.nThe views were just fantastic !! Looking out to the Shard, wheel etc. Magical at night too. And watching window cleaners coming down from near skyscrapers was really entertaining.nBreakfast was well managed, great selection, main breakfast food was continually cooked/managed, so nice hot food at all time. Staff were yet again very pleasant, chatty and even complimented on my wife hair, just make the whole experience a little bit more personal.nBreakfast room's views were also beautiful ! could see Greenwich etc. and walking up to the roof bar, well, just breath-taking!nThe only little negative, was the bedroom was not serviced after 2nd night.nnOverall, a great , fantastic stay !! Having worked in high end hospitality for most my life, I felt Novotel Canary Wharf exceeded to my expectations. Merci !! will come back on our next London trip :
recently stayed at the Novotel in London and had a generally wonderful experience. The hotel boasts a modern design with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The pool was quite nice, a little crowded at times, specially in the afternoon.nThe hotel’s location is great, conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.
This hotel was fantastic! My partner and I stayed up and heard good things and they did not disappoint! Service was top notch from the get go, we checked in a tad early and even got a complimentary upgrade! We the receptionist said she would find us when our room was ready and we went up to the rooftop bar which was STUNNING. There wasn’t a single part of this hotel that didn’t take my breath away the views, the cleanliness, the service was all top tier. The only very slight downside was the location as it was a little further than we were expecting to walk to get a tube but then again, the area was lovely and one of the places I’ve felt safest in London! Thank you Novotel!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed.nnThe room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The comfortable beds and quiet ambiance made for restful nights.nnDining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to both adults and children.
Lovely hotel however I must say the way that one of the staff members male spoke to me and my partner was awful. We booked a getaway for my partners birthday and heard a loud knock at the door aggressively telling us to cut the noise and go to bed. Although I appreciate the fact that people want to enjoy their stay with little noise, within customer service there are ways to go about it politely and that was not polite in the slightest. I feel as a hotel you should always treat your guests who have paid for a welcoming stay professionally despite your complaints. However all staff members at reception were kind and welcoming, just don’t appreciate being belittled by Joseph.
