Stayed for our first wedding anniversary and were allowed an early check in without any problem. This what luxury should be like. All the decor and details are consistent with the original dating of the building in the early XVIII century yet the comfort and service are up to and better than any modern standard you'll find in a regular 5star hotel. Amazingly positioned just minutes away from Liverpool Street station and the hip.side of Shoreditch with Old Spitalfields market and Brick Lane literally around the corner.

Easily the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Lovely room. Genuine & friendly staff. A delightful experience. Well done.
