I stayed for two nights at this hotel and had a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilities offered many useful services. What stood out most was the care and professionalism of the staff, especially Kristina. She welcomed us warmly and went out of her way to make sure we had exactly what we needed — a level of attention, care and professionalism that is rare to find. The location is also excellent and very convenient. Highly recommended.
Having stayed in different 4 stars hotels in London, personally I think they should learn from this hotel. The room is large, clean very important and provide everything you need. I really appreciate the warm welcome note. The staff is smart and efficient, they know what they are doing unlike those in other hotels who need to check with someone else all the time. Overall a very nice experience.
We booked a last minute stay at the Hilton Canary Wharf to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We had a King Executive Room.nnWhat truly made our stay special was the thoughtful touch from the team! They decorated our room so beautifully and surprised us with a cake and a chilled bottle of Prosecco. It was such a awesome gesture that made us feel truly valued and celebrated.nnThe Executive Lounge was a great bonus, offering a relaxing space with nice food and drink options.nnEvery member of staff we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely keen to make our stay memorable.nnWe couldn’t have asked for a better experience — thank you to everyone at Hilton Canary Wharf for helping make our anniversary celebration so special.nWe’ll definitely be back! Just need someone to look after the kids
I stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in the heart of Canary Wharf and close to the train stations. The rooms was quite spacious and quite. The staff was warm and always there to support. Even after i checked out and needed support with some of receipts , the staff member called Ellie was very supportive
Had a fantastic time at the bar on Friday 10th October, and a huge part of that was thanks to the bartender Darren. Such a lively character his energy and personality instantly lifted the vibe of the place. He was super friendly and genuinely engaging, taking the time to chat and really get to know what we liked. What stood out most to us was how he customised drinks for us based on our individual preferences you could tell he takes real pride in his craft. It's that kind of personal touch that makes all the difference. Would absolutely come back just for the experience at the bar again!
