We stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing time here. The hotel is located from a walking distance to the Big Ben. The breakfast and dinner were great too. My mother has gluten intolerance and it was no problem to order gluten-free food both at dinner and breakfast. The rooms had everything we needed. Thank you to the staffs hospitality as well. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we will surely come back when we have the chance
I went there with my daughter for a girly SPA day and i can say that the experience was truly amazing. We have enjoyed the elegance of the room and the luxurious bed, the pool and sauna, the view from the window from where i could see the magical London at night and the delicious food at the restaurant on top. All in one, unforgettable memories with unforgettable people!
Stayed 02-05 June 2 family rooms. Good location for St Thomas’ hospital. Friendly & efficient staff, especially with 6yo. Good family rooms. Restaurant food very good. Special shout out to Radha on the front desk who was particularly helpful.
Excellent staff. Location is a tad little bit away from nearest Tube station. Vibe is good. Room layout is good. Service is good. Good house keeping. Great Bar vibes. Changes in breakfast can be done
Stayed for 1 night at on a work trip. Steady and stable free WiFi was most welcomed for the meetings I needed to attend during my stay. Room lovely and spacious and a fabulous view over the city. Bar staff and food in the bar great. Breakfast service was excellent. Restaurant was exceptionally busy but the staff especially the restaurant manager on service today 6th March worked non stop cleaning and clearing tables to seat everyone as quick as possible, and all with a smile. Its did not go unnoticed. Thank you all so much for a very pleasurable stay.
